Very close and not very secure, DANGEROUS in fact! July 19, 2009 Reviewer:  Love My Kids (Oklahoma)  See all my reviews >

After bringing our baby home she decided she didn't like sleeping in the pack-n-play in our room. We bought this a few days later, because the idea of a baby in bed with us was slightly scarey. I put her in the sleeper and followed the lengthy list of precautions. It took up so much room in our queen size bed that my husband slept on the couch for the comfort of the baby and me. She always ended up on the side or pushed toward the bottom, or a few times I found her leg over the side of the sleeper. At two weeks old I woke up to her screaming a scream I had never heard before. She was hanging out of the sleeper up to her arm pits. I packed it up and took it back to Target. This is dangerous! Something really horrible could have happened. I would invest the money used to buy this on a pack-n-play or a cosleeper that attaches to the side of the bed.

takes up to much space February 9, 2009 Reviewer:  Bonnie Nichols Real Name (Maine)  See all my reviews >

We have a queen sized bed. It left each of us on our side all night! We packed it up and are trying to sell it!

CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT... January 8, 2009 Reviewer:  NEW MOM "WIMZIE" (NEW YORK)  See all my reviews >

THIS IS A MUST HAVE. YOU CAN PUT THIS ON TOP OF YOUR BED WHEN THEY ARE NEWBORNS & NOT WORRY ABOUT THEM. I USED IT THE 1ST 2 MONTHS TIL MY DAUGHTER DID NOT FIT ANYMORE. YOU CAN CARRY IT ANYWHERE & IT'S LIGHWEIGHT. IT'S A SHAME IT'S NOT A BIT LONGER, MY BABY IS TALL FOR HER AGE SO SHE COULD ONLY USE THE FIRST 2 MONTHS BUT MONEY WELL SPENT. 2 BABIES HAVE USED IT & STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW..

Love It October 3, 2008 Reviewer:  Mom of 4 See all my reviews >

I loved being able to have my daughter in bed with me and not have to worry about my husband rolling over on her. She was 4 weeks early and had reflux so I wanted to have her close to me. The light made it easy for night time feedings and diaper changes without bright lights. Even though it may seem to be too big to be in between the parents, I wouldn't want her to smother from being too close to me.

LOVE IT! July 26, 2008 Reviewer:  Liz Forbes "Roo" Real Name (Bay area)  See all my reviews >

I couldn't sleep without it! I love that he is right there next to me but sleeping on his own. I can hear him breathing. It helps me sleep knowing he is right next to me safe & sound.

would recommend it! May 23, 2008 Reviewer:  1st x Mommy "Jae Wesson" (LA, Cali)  See all my reviews >

it's nice for baby to be able to sleep in our bed, but not between us in his own space. we're not afraid to roll over, and we're not afraid he'll fall out. we LOVE the night light! if he sounds like he's waking, i can click the little light to see him w/o having to get up. he is more comfortable on our matress and won't always stay asleep in this bed. also, since about 6 weeks, he sometimes kicks his legs out of the side, and i don't see him making it beyond 3 months before he completely outgrows the bed, but in the beginning, and for now, it's worth the peace of mind. *jae*

Takes up a lot of bedspace July 29, 2009 Reviewer:  Nani's Bella "BP" (Philadelphia, PA)  See all my reviews >

I decided to use this for my second child because of my husband, too many times I found him almost on top of our first baby. It's such a great idea, if you have a king size bed. My husband and I are not very big people, average size, yet it was hard for us to sleep with this in our bed without nearly falling off of the bed. It takes up a lot of bedspace.
*I did like the night light, which was nice for nursing.

CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT June 11, 2009 Reviewer:  Mom of all boys "AC" (East coast)  See all my reviews >

I bought this when I had my 3rd son. He only seemed to sleep when he was next to me. I am a c-section mom and this was a GOD send. I am now delivering our 4th child & due to a move and being in between houses I am unable to locate my sleeper. If I cannot find it I will be purchasing it AGAIN. We have a Kingsize bed and it fits perfectly allowing us all to get the sleep we need/want and again with the c-section I feel like I'm available for the baby too! LOVE IT!

Just what I needed. March 10, 2009 Reviewer:  Happy mommy "V. N." (California)  See all my reviews >

My son was born 6 weeks early and only weighed 4 pounds. I was very worried about him sleeping in his cradle since he was so small, and this fit just right for him. It fits inside of his cradle or on any bed so it gives more peace of mind.It is great because you it folds and has a handle so you can take it anywhere. He is now 9 pounds and still fits just right inside. I recommend this to anyone who has a premie or just wants their baby to sleep with them without having to worry about squishing your baby at night.

Love this bed - Only wish it were longer - Not Dangerous March 2, 2009 Reviewer:  honest opinion (Pacific Northwest)  See all my reviews >

We are first time parents and we love this bed for our son! The only issue we have is the length. Our son is 4 weeks,3 days and seems to be outgrowing the bed quickly. After reading other reviews, I can address some comments I've read: Yes, it takes up space. We have a king size bed and I don't know how people would use it in a smaller size bed. Yes, both parents need to be cognizant that the baby is in the bed with them, use separate blankets if placing the child between the parents and watch their pillow placement. Of course a pillow could fall onto the child if an adult is being careless. I can only speak from our own experience and our pillows have never come close to putting our baby in danger. We both really appreciate being so close to baby...and I think it is great for our son being so close to his parents. We just wish, wish, wish that the bed were longer. I would keep him in the bed with us at least another month, if he still fit into it.
