I used this for my son and got a lot of use out of it. I am the kind of mom that has to have my baby right up under my armpit at all times! Especially when he developed acid reflux and spit up all the time. He slept right next to me in the bed in this. The only problem I had was the little mesh sides (not solid so that it can be folded up easily) gives too much and my little wiggle worm would work his way out of it feet first.

I used this with my daughter for the first two months and it was just so great to have. She was small so I was worried about squashing her and her falling off the bed. But this bed just made it very comforting and I knew she was safe. She out grew it after 2 months but by then she was okay to sleep without it. The only thing I didn't like was the light...it never seemed to actually work, the light was just so dull.

my daughter was a preemie and she slept in this for the 1st 6 months. she felt so secure in this little bed. She was only 4lbs when born so to have the small bed was the greatest gift given to me. I'm a single mom, so she slept in her little bed right next to me. I felt safer knowing she was surrounded by this small bed inside my bed, everytime I rolled over the side of her little bed stopped me from rolling on top of her.
I also, never had a problem transferring her to a crib when she was finally big enough. I just put this little bed inside the crib and the transition was easy. As long as she had her own little bed she was happy. She seemed to sleep better when she was in this bed.

I received this as a gift and I thought it would be great. I got my baby home and she didn't want to have anything to do with this sleeper. I ended up just putting her in the crib right off the bat and in retrospect it was probably just as well since I didn't have the problem of transitioning her to the crib later. I had a friend who's baby didn't want to sleep in the crib and so I gave her this to try and her baby didn't like it either. It would be great for those babies that like though!!

When I was pregnant with my first child, they had just created this. I saw it in a magazine and kept flipping. I had the baby's room all set up and the bassinett in my room. When I brought her home, she wanted nothing to do with either! I was too scared to have her in bed with me, for fear that I would roll onto her. Finally, after a few sleepless nights, I went on a rampage looking for this. I paid $60 at the time and it was worth every penny! That night the baby slept a solid 6 hours, woke for a feeding (in bed) and went back to sleep... and I slept too, with confidence in the strong, thick siding that secured the baby from me. It's so convenient too! The mattress pulls down for feeding and right back up.
When I had my son, almost a year ago, I got the new one with the nightlight and loved it just as well. With both, after 5 or 6 weeks in my bed, I moved the entire contraption to their crib to ease the transition and they both slept through the entire night from then on.
I know it sounds crazy, and it seems so simple, but it really was a NECESSITY!

I think it's overpriced for what it is. My baby liked it but I could see that she would outgrow it sooner than I would like. I'm going to try the Eddie Bauer travel bed instead. It costs a little less and is longer.

Our baby was born 5 weeks early and this sleeper really came in handy! We could put it in our bed (only if we needed to) and we really used it in the crib until our baby was big enough to sleep in his own bed. He felt comfortable having something smaller to sleep in.

This sleeper was ok for the first few weeks, but the bottom is too hard and needs extra padding. The night light is very dim even with new batteries. But I like how it "corrals" my baby in bed or on the sofa or wherever. I think it's over-priced for what you get and for how long it is usable.

After delevering my baby boy via c-section this was great to have him right there for those middle of the night feedings since it was so hard to get out of bed the first few weeks. I highly recommend this item for any mother who has had a c-section or is breastfeeding and for those who just love to have there babies close as I did.
