One of the Best Gifts! July 6, 2008 Reviewer:  Mackenzie's Mom (Pasadena, CA)  See all my reviews >

This was one of the best gifts ever! We didn't use it for co-sleeping but instead as a sort of portable bassinet. We used it in the living room for the first couple of months so that we were always nearby. It came in extra handy when my husband went back to work. I slept in a different room with the baby so he could get a full night's sleep.

We also took it with us to visit my parents. They have a 2 story house so we used it when we were downstairs. It was great! It was the perfect fit for her. Unfortunately, my daughter grew out of it by the second month. She was already on the long side to begin with but then she went through two growth spurts and grew a several inches right away.

Best Item On Registry June 22, 2008 Reviewer:  avasmom12 (FL)  See all my reviews >

This is a good item IF you have a King Size Bed or if you are a really small couple in a queen/full size bed. I say this b/c it does take up alot of room in your bed. I was breastfeeding my daughter so it was really easy to take her in and out of it, with her barely waking up. The night light is awesome. I used that even when she went into her own room. The only flaw in this one, is my daughter was a very long baby and I would have rather gotten the "sleeper" that "unfolds" all the way, She slept in it for about 6 weeks. But I never had a fear of rolling over on her. I loved it.

great! June 22, 2008 Reviewer:  wyattsmommy See all my reviews >

i love this because he can sleep with me at night and since i had a c section it helps a lot since it's hard for me to get in and out of bed a lot! i do agree if you don't have a king size bed there isn't alot of room..but if you do have a king it's great!!

Excellent product! June 4, 2008 Reviewer:  Jess (GB, WI)  See all my reviews >

I loved having the baby in the bed and not having to worry about my husband rolling over on her! The sleeper has 4 sturdy walls with mesh to allow her to breathe if she ends up against one of the walls. The sheet is easy to remove and wash. The mattress is waterproof. We used this sleeper for the first month and then started to have her sleep in her crib most nights because she makes so much noise when she sleeps!
The only issue that may be a problem for other families may be the length of the sleeper. My daughter measured 19 inches at birth (which I think is about average) and by a couple of weeks into her second month she measured 22 inches and touched both ends of the sleeper. A bigger baby wouldn't be able to use the sleeper for as long as we did.
Overall I think it is a fantastic product which really gave me peace of mind & made the middle of the night feedings with a newborn baby much easier.

A wall between mom and dad June 2, 2008 Reviewer:  NewcMom (Dallas, Texas)  See all my reviews >

I love the idea of having baby close for nighttime feedings, but this large sleeper is really obtrusive. If you have a king-sized bed, yes, it will technically fit, but it doesn't leave a ton of room so can feel a bit tight. My husband and I tried sleeping with it before baby was even born, and we both felt that it created too much of a barrier between us. We wanted to be able to cuddle or at least touch in some way throughout the night, even if it was just brushing feet up against one another or putting a hand on an arm. Having this in between us made us feel like we were cut off from one another, which we didn't like at all. We are going to try one of the bassinets that has a collapsable wall that snuggles right up against the bed -- that way, baby can be really close, but mom and dad can still be close too.

I loved this!!! May 22, 2008 Reviewer:  1st time mom "Kenzie" (Kansas)  See all my reviews >

The only reason I did not give this item 5 stars is because my son outgrew it so quickly. Otherwise I love this thing!!! He could sleep next to us in those first months and I felt secure knowing my husband couldn't roll over him. From the start, my baby loved to roll onto his front and this kept him from doing that. He could still sleep on his side. It was great for travel and placing in other beds. I think he slept better because it was familiar. Finally, it made the transition into the crib at 1 month easy. I completely recommend this.

Baby hated it May 18, 2008 Reviewer:  A New Mommy (Santa Monica, CA)  See all my reviews >

My baby was so uncomfortable. He would toss and turn all night long. I kept trying to use it and each night I would try he would cry until I would take him off of the sleeper. When I would place him off of it he would go sound asleep. Each baby is different but my baby didn't like it.

Love it! Wish it was longer! May 15, 2008 Reviewer:  Baby Mama "Sara M" (Council Bluffs, IA)  See all my reviews >

I love this sleeper! This made it so easy to tend to my daughter and keep her close at night while also feeling confident that she was safe and giving enough separation that she got a feel for sleeping in her own bed. The only thing I would improve on this sleeper is it's length. My girl was 21" long at birth and at just under 2 months old, she's already as long as the sleeper mattress. Tonight we will move her to the bassinet for the first time (wish us luck) and while having our bed back sounds nice, I was hoping to have her close a bit longer.

Great Co-Sleeping Solution April 28, 2008 Reviewer:  L. Marshall "Three Boys Mom" Real Name (UP of MI, United States)  See all my reviews >

We just brought home our third baby and had planned on having him sleep in his own bed. Just like his older siblings though, he preferred to be with Mommy and Dadddy! Co-sleeping, while a wonderful thing, has always made me nervous. This product has made a world of difference and I sure wish we'd had it with our first two! I can relax and actually rest at night now, and best of all he LOVES it and snuggles right in to sleep when we lay him down. Everyone is sleeping better at our house now! We went from up every 20-30 minutes to sleeping for 3-4 hour stretches at a time.

Great for newborns! April 27, 2008 Reviewer:  First time Mom "L.P.Q." (Miami, Fl)  See all my reviews >

As a first time mom, I was reluctant to put my son in the crib right away. I received this as a gift and now he sleeps with us in the middle of the bed. It's safe and I can keep an eye on him. Now's he's a month, and we will move him to his crib. This sleeper is a must-have, especially for the first month.
