We bought this for our little girl to keep her in a secure position during sleep. We woke up to find her at the bottom of the product. Thankfully her face did not lodge itself in the side cushion. The product did not keep her in place. She is not a big mover.

Our son has acid reflux and we thought this pillow would help. Well first off the incline is a joke, you could make this out of foam and make a cover for it yourself. Second...my son wiggled out of it and his head was lopped over the top because of it. Not safe unless you have a newborn that is swaddled and does not move.

We purchased this products with hopes of keeping our baby in secure position on back or side while swaddled however she quickly became quite wiggly in her sleep, enabling her to slide down the incline of the positioner. We sometimes found her head hanging off or face buried in the side positioners which is extremely unsafe. This product is only good for a stationary, sound sleeper.

We loved this sleep positioner and plan on buying one for our next baby. Our daughter slept soundly and never moved. We swaddled her at night and maybe that's why we did not experience the problems others did. The only bad thing is that we wore it out from frequent washing - she spit up a ton! I have purchased this as gifts and would recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this in March of '05. My child slept on this from 0-5 months. I never had one problem with this. I actually have kept this product because I was afraid I would not be able to find this exact one when I have my next child. It is still in sound form. And the cover is washable. The positioner kept my child in the same postition over night. I realized that at about 5 months he no longer needed this because he had more movement in his sleep. He never got flat head and he never had a reflux problem. It kept him in the same position all night so I never had to worry about SIDS. Plus, the foam is actually quite firm. I think it gives just enough to let the head develop its round shape. I think with all products there will be some people who can't use it. Maybe I was just lucky, who knows. But I liked having a baby that slept peacefully and comfortably during those first critical months. And I think this product helped with that. Good luck!!

This sleep positioner did not work well for me. As a newborn, my baby did not like the feeling of half of his body being higher than the other. The positioner stops around the bottom of the baby's back and the rest of the baby's body just hangs off the end. The positioner is at least 1 1/2 inches thick, so it is weird looking and has to be uncomfortable for the baby.

I was hoping this would help with acid reflux and keep my baby secure, however, starting at two weeks old he was able to wiggle all the way down to the bottom as other reviewers have stated. After waking up several times and finding him in awkard positions I will not be using this product anymore!

I received this at my baby shower,and was excited to use it. I had heard all about the flat head syndrome and wanted something that would help with that, plus keep him securely in one place. Well, his head would not stay on it! It constantly rolled off. I was not impressed. It did help keep him on his side, but his head still rolled all the way off.

This has worked great with our daughter. She is very small so the adjustable sides make her feel very safe. Once she is all swaddled in, she sleeps very well, and we don't have to worry about her rolling around her crib. We may have a newer version as the sides are triangles instead of rounded.

We were concerned about a flat head and reflux with our one month old son. We purchased this product at the recommendation of a friend. This is a horribly designed product. It is a suffication hazzard. Our son would slide down, no matter how secure we tightened him down with the side bumpers. His face would be right in the side bumper. Do not risk it with your child. We returned ours the next day.
