We have this Farm, and Word Whammer, and Fridge Phonics. My youngest grand child is 12months. I read all 55 of the revies and saw only 3 bad reviews. Out of those 3 only 1 seemed a true bad review. 1 was because the magnets scratched the fridge (WELL YEAH) I used common sense and never showed my kids they would stick to the fridge. I make them sit at the kitchen table while I work or cook and play with them (THEY ARE OUR KITCHEN TOYS) the other bad review was about it breaking after a 6month old pulled it off the fridge and it hit the floor. (WELL IT IS ELECTRONIC) AND THE BOX CLEARLY STATES 12 MONTHS AND UP NOT 6. That is why this stuff is given on the box.

Honestly These are GREAT toys! They are learning toys that your kids never put down and if they never put them down they never stop learning! We also have the learning laptop (2) of them and the are wonderful as well.

this is the cutest, most durable, and educational little toy. you will love this toy 110%. you can't go wrong with this buy, i totally recommend it !

This toy I have had for years. My child is having a 4th birthday and still plays with this starter baby toy. He danced, sang, repeated, and played w his animals. Four years later my baby girl does the same. I am so impressed the toy still works. Beautifully. Every other electronic baby toy lost appeal, expired, or only appealed to one. This toy has lived to do it all. Great buy.

My son got this toy for his 1st birthday. At first he would get so aggrevated at it bc he couldnt fit the pieces correctly, but once he got the hang of it, he LOVES it!!!! He will be 2 in 8 days and he STILL loves this toy. He always goes to the fridge and plays w it and we take it on long trips! I think it has helped his puzzle skills too, not to mention he has known all the animals sounds for quite a while now bc the help of this toy. My son also LOVES to dance so the music is a great plus! I would recommend this toy to anyone. As a matter of fact Im getting ready to purchase it for a friends babies 1st birthday party!!!!

Do you ever find yourself trying to cook or clean with a whiney child attached? I am a mom of 3 (boy 6,girl 3,and boy 2) and the LeapFrog Farm Magnetic Set (and the Fridge DJ)have turned whines into shines in my house since my oldest was 3 (he had the Fridge DJ and my second still plays with it). The educational perks of the toys have been great but I recommend this toy mainly for its entertaining purposes. The songs can get tiresome but the question remains: do you want your child to whine or shine? If your answer is shine..... PURCHASE the toy. Who knows... you may find yourself taking a break from cooking to laugh and dance in circles with your children! What a way to make your evenings shine!! :)

My daughter got this for her first birthday- it's been one of her favorite toys since (she's 19 months old & still plays with it every day). She's learned to match all the animals, say their names & sounds. It's great- it has different songs for when the animals match & if they don't you get a "silly" match song. She's pulled it off the fridge, dragged it all over the house, dropped it numerous times and it's still in like new shape! Haven't even had to change the batteries yet! :) I'm giving this for all 1t bday presents!

Even though I've repeatedly asked our relatives not to buy our daughter electronic toys, this one showed up last Christmas. Even at 18 months she was bored with it and I finally dug it up this week to give to Goodwill. Really I don't think highly of toys like this at all. In my book they have no true educational value and this one is no exception.

This toy is so helpful in keeping my daughter occupied when I'm trying to fix a meal. She got it when she turned 1 and is now 19 months old and still finds it hilarious when she doesn't make a match. We love it!

I purchased this for my daughters christmas present when she was one. She loved it then and still loves it now! It has with stood hours of abuse, we have had it for a year and a half now and other than having lost two magnets it's in awesome shape. It is a toy well worth the cost! Just be prepared to have all the songs stuck in your head! "You made a match...
