I'm not sure if the two star rating is justified, I haven't even taken the towels out of the plastic. They look very plush though. My problem is that the actual color of the towels is much lighter than what the web site led me to believe. I thought they would be a deep, royal blue when they are actually a much lighter, country blue. The color confusion is annoying [...]

I bought this as one of my wife's birthday gifts, and she loves it! The flat pot holder and glove combo works really well. The only problem that I have with the glove is that when you grab the hot item, the glove grabs with the seam and not the flat part of the glove. But, that is just a minor quibble. The circle pot holder is a nice large size, and is thick enough to block the heat. My favorite part of the set is the towels - very plush, thick and a really nice dark blue. They are the best kitchen towels we have, wish they were sold separately so that we could get more without buying a whole extra set.

I received these as a wedding gift. They look even better in person. The towels are quite large and the mitt is very roomy and comfortable! I want another set in a coordinating color!

I was using pot holders from way back when my mom was still alive. I said I need to get rid of these old things. I threw them out and bought this set. Nice colors and pretty quick shipping! Now I feel more comfortable with new pot holders instead of those old filthy ones I had. The towels come in handy too!

The color is exactly like in the picture (although I believe the white is more of a cream.) The oven mitt and pot holder are both over-sized, so even those with large hands can use them easily.
