So I purchased this for my mother last Christmas. We took it out and set it up. A few days later we noticed there was nothing written on the dials or above the buttons! I called the number in the book and they told me I would have to pay to ship it back - which costs about the same as a new toaster. Target wouldn't take it back because we no longer had the box. So we burn our toast every time. Nice manufacturing - NOT. Nice customer service - NOT

i tried using it for my waffle and it toasted it but it didnt but her face on it and i had it as dark as it would go. my mom also used it one day and she said she had to take her bread out and toast turn it so it would toast the opposite side. its cute but i have to see her face on anything that pops out of it

My mother gave this toaster to my 4-year-old for Christmas. She loved it! I used it each morning for one week and then it started burning everything- even on the lowest setting. So, I gave it back to my mom to return (still hasn't been returned) and I ordered another one. My daughter loved it too much to just get a plain one. Well, this one worked for a month and then started doing the same thing! I am so angry.

I got this for my fiancee, who back then was my girlfriend at the time. It's since been 4 years and it doesn't heat up bread the way it should.
She said that the face print stop happening a 1 year or so into having it.. but it still did it's job. Now we have to put a toaster on the registar since we have to put the Kitty into retirement.
FYI.. was a great gift.. but get it out of the kitchen if it doesn't work.. I DON'T CARE HOW CUTE IT LOOKS!!

There are Hello Kitty fans of all ages & this adorable Hello Kitty toaster is great! It toasts everything without burning it & I love how it leaves an impression of Hello Kitty's face on the bread. If you're a Hello Kitty fan-this is a must have!!!

This toaster is cute but you have to practically burn your toast in order to get Hello Kitty's monogram to appear on your toast. Buy a regular toaster instead.

Uh I mean it kinda smells like burning plastic but the toast taste normal. I love it & would compleatly get it again if it brakes...what might be sooner rather than later. But it looks RAD in my kitchen & thats all that counts.

My mom bought this for my 20th birthday for me to have at my new apartment, and its the cutest toaster ever! It cooks bagels wonderfully, and doesn't burn them. I've caught my boyfriend using it sometimes over his toaster :]

How can you complain about a Hello Kitty toaster?
It gives you toast with a kitty face, and on top of that, it actually toasts my bagels just right without burning them.
