Don't bother with it. The "lifetime battery" is always reading low. The readings are inconsistent and inaccurate and it take several times before you can even get a reading. Plus it's easily confused- it cannot be used on carpet and if it moves even a little on a hard surface you have to reset it. Waste of money, getting one that does more and is more reliable is a much better investment.

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A LIFETIME GUARENTEE-IT NEVER GIVES THE SAME READING TWICE WITH IN 5 MINUTES THE BATTERY ALWAYS STATES LOW-THE NUMBERS FLICKER UP/DOWN AND THEN TO LO.

IF YOU BOUGHT THIS, TAKE IT BACK FOR A REFUND. ITS ROTTEN!!!!!!!!

This model is junk. You can step on it several times and each time will give you a different reading. I do not recommend purchasing this scale to anyone.

All I wanted in a scale was to get my accurate weight. Straight out of the box this thing didn't work properly. Everytime I stepped on it it gave me a different weight. I don't think it's possible to gain or lose 3 pounds within 15 minutes! Don't buy this. I returned it and bought a [cheaper] non-digital scale and it works great.

My scale worked fine for three months. Then one day, it started giving low readings. I thought it was a fluke and checked to make sure it was set to pounds. It was. How can a lifetime battery go out in three months?
But the main question is why Target continues to sell this item? Every review gives it one star! Shame on you, Target!!!!

The scale worked for about 8 months and then started showing letters when you stood on it. Would not recommend this scale! Says it has a lifetime lithium battery.

Worked for a week and a half, then began to give really low readings. I thought it had switched to Kilograms accidentally, so I checked, but it hadn't. If I really weighed 65 pounds, I'd look like skin and bones. I tried it several more times to make sure it wasn't just that time, and it told me I weighed 2 pounds.

Piece of junk. Not worth your money.

I bought this scale about three months ago. It worked fine for about the first month, then I needed new batteries. Now it doesn't work at all after replacing the batteries again. Target's getting this one back!

People don't buy it. The battery really runs off quickly. It is not worth even the money you spent on it.
