I just tried the grill yesterday for the first time and I was more than pleased. The chicken was very moist and cooking it was simple. I would recommend this grill to anyone who likes grilled food anytime. I was so happy with the grill that I ordered one for my son and his wife livind in an apartment and cannot use open flame grills.

I was looking for a good indoor grill for a couple of months now. I live in NYC so it's hard to set up a huge grill outside everytime i want to cook. I've been hesitant to get the George Foreman grill b/c some of them had gotten mixed reviews and after seeing all the good reviews this one was getting..i finally went for it. I just cooked my first grilled chicken + asparagus meal and i'm amazed by how easy it was. The chicken is juicy and delicious, and i think I'm going to love eating veggies now that I can grill them instead of just steaming them! :-)

I bought this grill based on the reviews here and am very pleased - hard to believe the EASY CLEANUP - and i hand wash. (Still easy!). Also, the 'warming' feature is awesome.

The grill is very easy to use and works great. I really like it and enjoy cooking my favorite meals all year round now. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for great cooking.

Purchased this grill about 6 weeks ago based on all the positive reviews. When I received it, one of the handles was broken. I emailed customer service right away, received a response that they would send me a new one. I have waited and waited, email after email, some of the replies didn't even make sense (they advised I cut the power cord off of my old handle, the handle doesn't have a power cord) as of today I still have not received my new handle so I called and spoke to the same customer service represenative that has been emailing me. She assures me that she will send out the handle this time, but she has made this promise in my emails before. I have to say this is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I thought West Bend was a reputable company but I am beginning to wonder. As for the grill I have only used it a couple of times as I am still waiting for my new handle. The grill itself did work fine and clean up is really impressive, very easy.

We got this as a wedding gift and its our favorite! I would recommend this to anyone makes the juiciest chicken and best burgers and steak!

I have been in the market for an indoor grill to start eating healthier and the GF just did not cut it for me. I saw all the great reviews on this grill and decided to order it, BIG PLUS!! This grill is amazing! I have cooked on it every night since I bought it! Seriously, it cooks like a gas grill, and the clean up is a snap! This is the best purchase I've made all year! Get this grill!
