THIS PROGRAM HASN'T DONE ANYTHING FOR ME BUT GIVE ME PROBLEMS. EVERYTIME I TRY TO BURN THE DVD THE PROGRAM WILL GIVE ME AN ERROR MESSAGE AND THEN IT WILL SHUT THE WHOLE PROGRAM DOWN.

This product will leave you more frustrated than anything. The software doesn't support AC3 audio. So every home movie that I would like to burn has no sound. The website doesn't offer any upgrades for this software. And if you think that Tech, or Customer support is going to help you than think again. The website wouldn't even let me send them a "help ticket". Please do not buy this product. The Easy CD & DVD burning software seems like the forgotten child of Roxio. Hope this review will save you more money than is cost me.

This software is a waste of time & money!!! The customer service is the WORST!!!!! Phone support costs [..] per minute! The free on-line "support" is worthless. I've gone through every step that they tell you to do, and I just end up right back where I started. Nothing gets resolved. Now I'm stuck with this piece of garbage! I might actually have to pay the [..] per minute to get it to work so I can make a DVD. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
