It's made of carbon steel, so it can really stand up to the heat. This roaster also features a nonstick interior for easy cleanup; locking handles for safe carrying; and includes a nonstick rack. Ideal for 15--22 lb. turkeys. Dishwasher safe.

This pan has very nice locking thick handles for making it easier to lift a 22lb turkey. Extremely durable/solid!! Definitely non-stick so very easy to clean even the rack. Rack slides back'n forth a little assuming it has to leave a little room for getting juices for basting. The price is very reasonable for such a great product. You'll love it! Try there commercial bakeware too!!

I listened to the other review and I'm happy. This was the most reasonably priced, well made roasting pan I could find in time for Thanksgiving. It seems sturdy and can handle up to 22 pounds. It is non-stick. There's plenty of room under the rack for veggies. Also, delivery was quick. Well worth it! Looking forward to Turkey Day!
