Good product, but terrible screws September 21, 2008 Reviewer:  Kim2 (Houston, Tx)  See all my reviews >

This is our 3rd hookrail we bought from Target. 2 of which we bought a year or so ago and had no problems installing them. The 3rd one I bought last night (9/20/08). I guess sometime within the last year they changed the quality of their screws. Here's what happened, my husband put in anchors in the sheetrock and when he used the screws that came with the pkg, 2 of them broke off in the anchor. He has one of those drill bits that removes screws, but the screws were so soft he couldn't get them out. So he ended up taking the anchor out of the wall and yes leaving a hole and moving the hookrail over and using our own screws. A job that should have taken 10 minutes turned into a 45 minute ordeal. Good and attractive product, but my advice is not to use the screws that came with it or at least proceed with caution and have extra screws available.
