When I read that this was a game designed for the "wannabe exerciser" I knew it was for me. I hate to exercise and need some motivation to get going. It's a really clever design - the scorecard comes with magnets to hang on a refrigerator and is made like a dry erase board so it can be used over and over. The stars that mark your exercises are removable and the rules are very easy to follow. It even comes with a complete list of exercises and the time needed to do each one to get a star. I played it with a co-worker and we hung our game boards in our office. We had so much fun competing that the eight weeks flew by and I felt so much better. The wager coupons in it are funny and cover bets for just about anyone including couples, friends, roommates, co-workers and kids. I am going to play it with my daughter the next time. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs some motivation to start an exercise program.

My friend played this game last summer with her husband and told me to buy it. I started the game after Thanksgiving so I wouldn't gain too much weight during the holidays. I had so much fun playing with my girlfriend and I actually lost 5 pounds! I'm glad the game is reusable because I am starting it again with my husband today. (He gained 5 pounds over the holidays!) And I just bought one for my sister.
