I JUST PURCHASED THE POWERBRUSH THINKING IT WAS THE STEP UP FROM THE QUICKSTEAMER WITH A NEW POWER ROTATING HEAD. AFTER TWO YEARS OF OPERATION W/ THE OLDER ONE I WOULD SAY IT WORKED FOR THE MONEY. NOT CRAZY ABOUT THE DESIGN WITH A TIE WRAP AROUND THE SUCTION HOSE INSIDE THE FILL TANK. I REPLACED IT WITH A BIGGER ONE. YES DEE, THEY TOLD ME TOO A 75 MILE TRIP TO HOUSTON COULD FIX MY OLD ONE. IT JUST STOPPED SPRAYING.
SO I ORDERED THE POWERBRUSH. WITH 2300 SQ. FT. HOME THAT HAS UP AND DOWN I CAN DO BOTH WITH EASE. THE NAME SAYS IT ALL.....
QUICKIE. NOT PROFESSIONAL. A BETTER DESIGN W/ A SCREWLESS HANDLE THAT COMES LOOSE OCCASIONALLY WOULD ADD TO A FLAWLESS OPERATION.
IT'S JUST ME AND MY DOG FRITZ. SIX OR MORE FEET WALKING AROUND WOULD MEAN A 2X........

This cleaned my carpet pretty good at first. I have a new dog, it did an ok job with the clean ups. However, the bottom started leaking water all over the place after about two months. We checked it out, but could never find out where the leak was.

The brush stopped spinning on mine after three months or so, and then it started leaking dirty water out of the bottom a few months later. I've owned two Green Clean Machines as well as this item and eventually they all leak!

Wow. I bought this to clean up pet accidents in a small apartment- and it works great. The smell is fresh and clean, instead of smelling like cat urine. I've tried the elbow grease method, but you just can't get pet stains out without REMOVING the fluid- hence this great scrubber with amazing sucking power. The only reason I didn't rate it perfect is that its hard to clean out the dirty reservoir- carpet lint and cat hair get stuck in there, but its not too bad of a problem. [...] watch for overfilling the dirty reservoir, and you'll be fine. Quieter than my vacuum. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this machine 3 years ago more or less, I use it a lot , works very well for me, the only problem I had was that when I bought it I put water too hot and the reservoir melted, it was my mistake, I ordered a new one and it is working well since.
I do recommend this.

Brought this machine today because it was on sale at the store. I also read the reviews. Well, I came home and started cleaning. The machine works great. I did not know how much dog hair I had deep down in my carpets. It also cleaned the pet stains and pudding stains. If you have a small child or pet I would highly recommend.

I bought this product about 6-8 months ago and have used it three or four times, to the best of my recollection. It will neither dispense water/cleaner solution NOR suck up water/cleaner solution applied by hand to the carpet. The piston which moves up and down allowing water out of the reservoir is already broken. I cleaned out everything possible to see if a blockage prevented suction to no avail. I am a single woman with TWO rooms of carpet. I will NEVER purchase another Bissell product again. Complaints about this and other Bissell carpet cleaners are all over the Internet. Look at Hoover reviews; they look to me, from the reviews I'm reading, like better, longer-lasting machines.

This cleaner is great for people, like myself, who live in apartments/condos. The fact is due to it's compact size; its water/solution capacity is just as limited and you find yourself stopping more often to empty and refill. As far as performance, this cleaner works just as well as the heavy duty cleaners except for the size difference of course. The only other thing that would have made this cleaner even better is if it had the accessory extentions that the other heavy duty cleaners have.

I bought this cleaner for my rv but find myself coming up with excuses to use it in my house. I have one of the old style bissell green "tanks" which does do a good job, but is a chore to get out, lug around and put away. Now that I have more wood floors and less carpet, I think the green tank will bet even more use, and the new quicksteamer much more use.

Just received my deep cleaner today and used it right away. I put it together myself...took all of 2 minutes and part of that time was trying to find the screwdriver....anyway...it did a terrific job on my carpets and clean up was a breeze....would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. I am 61 years young and appreciate the convenience and light weight of the machine.
