Funny they never tell you how WIDE the machine is. reason? i dont want a cleaner thats only 8" wide. too small for bigger jobs.

I got this machine to quickly clean up spills around the office. It's great for that. I think the tank and the brush are both a little on the small side for doing whole rooms, but it works great. I used it to spot clean a large area and it did a great job.

Industrial cleaner in a light weight Quicksteamer!! I was very impressed for the buck. It did the job of a commercial product. No lies, truly a fact.

I am the world's biggest sceptic. Furthermore I almost never write reviews. However, I had to make an exception and brag about this cleaner. It is extremely easy to use, even for arthric impaired old me and filling, emptying and cleaning is a snap. I am still confused about which cleaning product to buy for it, however. Thank goodness it comes with 16 oz product that actually worked quite well. I only did the pathways, thinking I would go over the whole area again. I can't believe how well it turned out. At first I didn't think it was doing anything..(it seemed too easy), but after I emptied the dirty water container, I was horrified at the color of the water and all the actual dirt it picked up. After all I had vacuumed thoroughly as suggested! Well, it looked like mud, quite frankly. Thank goodness I bought this! I just had it "cleaned" a month ago, but apparently there were soiled areas that were not touched. Fortunately, the carpet now smells cleaner, feels cleaner, and looks cleaner than it has since it was new 20 years ago! No more getting on my hands and knees to clean up after the kids and pets!

Bisell seems to be a winner in vacuums! I've had 3 and they have beat out every other one I've ever had. I love this one! It's 13lbs and easy to operate. This one's a keeper!

Now I have to say I did buy it somewhere else but does that matter? I LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!!!! I AM NOT VERY LARGE AND I INJURED MY RIGHT FOOT AND I COULD CLEAN SO EASY BY JUST SITTING IN A CHAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE IT!

We have four adults, one child, and three large dogs. So you can imagine how hard it is to keep a house clean. Well the other day the wife and i decided to go out and buy this bissell quicksteamer and the lift off pet vac. One day of cleaning with this two bissells is the best ive seen my carpet in at least a year. You can feel the cleanslyness of the carpet after just one vaccumin. sincerly satisfide.

This steamer is extremely lightweight, not to mention easy to assemble and use. My carpet was rather dirty , but also old and I didn't want to invest in a professional cleaning. The steamer cleaned it wonderfully and even removed a lot of stains left by my non-housebroken puppy. The directions say not to use boiling water, but I used almost-boiling water and that worked great. I had so much fun using it that I wanted to do the carpets in my whole house! But really I just use it for the major traffic spots and little stains, so it's perfect for me.

I ordered this item an anxiously awaited it's arrival to remove pet stains in my small apartment. The reviews were wonderful, so I was optimistic. It worked great for the first round, but as soon as the collection tank was emptied, the machine never worked again. I called the support staff and they told me to take it to a repair center over 30 min away and that I may be charged for repairs!!!! This was the first day I had the machine!! I have since returned it to Target and have ordered a second machine. Hopefully it was a one time defect. I'm still optimistic...

I ordered this cleaner after doing several weeks of research. I live in a small apartment so I dont have lots of large areas to do but the high traffic areas were dirty and i wanted something to clean them up and I also have a dog so just wanted to freshen up the carpets. When I first took it out of the box I was nervous because it weighed nothing but that made it very easy for me to use and didnt kill my arm. For something so small this thing really sucked up the water. I poured out some very dirty looking water. For big homes this would be a no, but for me with limited storage space it is just perfect, it is easy to use, easy to store and super easy to clean. LOVE IT!
