I'm 25 and just now learned how to sew on this machine, LOL! Well it's super easy and it made even my mom jealous! It winds bobbins perfectly, I just replaced with metal bobbins instead. I also got a magnetic foot guide... She wants one now but I don't think we'll ever get the deal I got the first time (it was marked down from like $48.98 to to $27.98 until they sold out, bummer I should have bought like 5 of them!)..

Easy to use from start to finish. Light weight and portable. Very distinguished green that nobody else will have. (It could of been pink!) Excellent for the beginner or someone who just wants A sewing machine. Thread tension can be a pain at times. Just wish that it had more stitch options. Simple and easy machine. You should give it a try.

I purchased this machine in Jan 08 on clearance at Target - this is a great little machine for sure! I have taught my now 4 year old granddaughter to sew and she has made a few little items (pillow, purse) then a little dress (she did great) and then at Christmas time she participated in the Twirls for Girls by making 4 skirts and little simple tops to be given to the Toys for Tots drive and they will in turn provide them with a new doll for a little girl - she also got to make her self 4 sets for her doll. It is so important to pass along our love of sewing to others and it make me so happy to have a quality machine to teach her on that is just her size and a little bit slower than a large full size machine. You can not go wrong with this machine

Belive me when people say this machine doesn't work they wrong! i no a few times i might have confused the instructions up but i fixed my mistakes. the long put was figureing out how to put it together. This machine excactly explains what the parts are and how to sew. it tell you how each one of the stich functions work. i sews really straight. trust me i am only 14 and if i can figure it out anyone can!

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my daughter in-store for a quarter of the price.What can be better than that?!?! I'm very pleased with the machine for the price.

I brought this so that my 6-yr.old grandaughter and I could have fun making items together. She worked with it easily the first time she tried the machine and with time she will be pretty good. It's a compact miniature of my standard sized machine and not just a toy. The instructions are very easy to follow. Great little machine.

I bought this machine after returning a Brother model.
I love this machine.It works great! I've had it for 6mos now and not a single issue with it.I went from beginner to intermediate with this machine.Easy to thread,steady stitches,so light,so cute!

This sewing machine is so user friendly. I originally bought a Brother, sold it and bought this one with the money! I use this machine for paper crafts (scrapbooking). It is AWESOME!

I sew a LOT. A friend of mine has one of these, so I jumped at the chance to get my own. She likes hers so well she wants to dump her expensive computerized machine for this one. It's light enough to take to classes for a quilter, and it does all the things you would want it to do. It's a Janome, so it can use all the Janome feet. This is NOT a toy, but a real nice basic machine.

I have been sewing for 24 years and I have loved Hello Kitty just as long. I first saw this at my local Target store and fell in love. My husband surprised me with it shortly after. Now understand, I do a LOT of sewing! At least 2 projects or more per week! I have used many different sewing machines, and I have to admit, I have not had a SINGLE problem with this machine! It does everything any crafty person would need to make a simple napkin to intricate costumes (which I make often). Needless to say, I recommend this product even if you don't like Hello Kitty (but who doesn't?)
