Don't look at this as some unnecessary accessory. It really helps. Its much easier than wrapping blankets around the carrier and risking them unraveling and air getting thru. My daughter was born in December and it proved very helpful. I even used it alone on crisp spring nights. I used it as a stroller blanket when she was an infant and well. The material is durable and water proof and really doesn't let air in... and the hood is very helpful. I only gave it 4 stars because it could've been just a bit wider...

The cover is very handy and works well with the carrier. It keeps the little one warm and comfortable, and as a newborn shielded away from germs from others while out running errands. I would recommend it for anyone who buys the carrier. As a negatibe, the cover is a bit pricy which is why I deducted one star from the rating.

Don't ever forget this item when you go out with the baby bjorn! Even in summer when it's cooler in the evening, this is a must have. It's not too hot for baby, and also provides sun protection. Easy to attach to the bjorn. MUCH better than lugging along a blanket to go over baby's arms and head and legs. Get it!!

This definitely keeps my baby warm. I even slipped my hands under the cover a couple times to warm them up. However, I had problems with the button fasteners staying on. I just wrapped them around twice, and it was fine. I thought this was absolutely worth the price!

I love this addition to my Bjorn! It's super soft and keeps my little guy warm while in his Bjorn. It fits perfectly and is long enough for him to grow and still kick those little legs. If you have a winter baby or live in a cool climate, this is a great idea!

This cover keeps my kid warm & toasty. My kid is tall & this cover gives him lots more room to grow. My kid loves the way the materials feel on his skin. He likes it & so do I.

This is very warm and great in wet weather & wind. My only complaint is that the carrier doesn't hook into the carrier as well as one would hope and sometimes leaves his arms exposed.

All in all a useful project, just not a perfect one.

I bought this cover up and I love it! It is really easy to put on the baby bjorn carrier and its very warm. Its like a fleece material so its nice and soft for my baby daughter. It is pretty cold here (Colorado) right now and I took my daughter for a walk yesterday with the cover and she stayed nice and warm. I highly recommend this item!
