Answer for Tiff's question July 27, 2006 Reviewer:  Dad to be "Robert" (Maryland)  See all my reviews >

As I understand it, the car seat/carrier can not be used separately in a car. This system was designed to get the baby in and out the car with little to no effort, leaving the base in place and secured tightly. If you want to use the car seat in more than one car, you can simply buy an extra base (less expensive than an entire car seat) and install that in the other vehicle. Or you can move your included base from one vehicle to an other, like you have to do when you only have one regular baby car seat and more than one vehicle.
I hope this answers your question.

Great Stroller! July 22, 2006 Reviewer:  mama See all my reviews >

This stroller is a great buy for the price, I find it strange that some reviews stated that it was difficult to fold. I was able to fold and unfold the travel system using one hand, the stroller also has great little extras: cargo net, baby head support,cup/bottle holders and a parent tray to organize keys or your phone. I suggest to parents who are having trouble to read the manual it has great descriptions and illustrations on how to use the travel system.

Not so happy.... July 13, 2006 Reviewer:  Disappointed Mom "Dawn C." (Voorheesville, NY)  See all my reviews >

To anyone purchasing this system, keep looking there are better systems out there. It's not so much the stroller as the infant seat. My son shows discomfort. The material is not breathable, when I lift him out, he is usually pretty sweaty (he is only 3 months old). I have had to have the seat adjusted 2x because it leans to forward and I find his head flop forward. He has a really strong head for a 3 month old however evenflo does not offer any additional support for their product. I can guarantee the next seat I purchase will be extremely researched. I only went with this item based on name.

Great System! We love it! July 9, 2006 Reviewer:  New Mom (North Dakota)  See all my reviews >

Our daughter is now 1 month old and we really love the Aura travel system. The base was easy to install, the handle on the car seat is awesome, and the car seat is so easy to snap into the stroller. The stroller folds up nice too. We also really like the dark colors. We definitely recommend this system.

One of the better designed products, period. July 6, 2006 Reviewer:  Mandy & Dan "Mandy M" (Sauk Rapids, MN, USA)  See all my reviews >

This one is a no-brainer. We put this stroller on our registry for the little guy. My mother in law bought it for us and we were amazed at the beautiful design. The Aura Select is by far better in functionality, ease of use, and comfort than any other stroller we looked at in this price range. It's even better than my sisters' numerous Italian imported strollers that cost upwards of $500.

The size is large, and the feel is rugged. But isn't that what you want? The thing breaks down very easily if you are worried about that. An ingenious trigger button is pulled, collapsing the whole thing so it is ready to toss in the trunk or what have you.

I love the thing. It's awesome. My little guy is safe and secure in it, and it looks pretty cool too--for a stroller anyway. I say Buy it. This is the one, hands down.

Does the Job July 6, 2006 Reviewer:  Gail Winters Real Name (Colorado Springs, CO)  See all my reviews >

This system has been good for my daughter who is 4 months now. I wanted to let other know who were considering this system about the front wheels of the stroller. They hit the accordion shaped decorative plastic piece just above the wheels. I wrote an e-mail to Evenflo and they said it serves no safety purpose and can be removed to fix this issue. My other issue is that the car seat doesn't angle back much so if my daughter falls asleep or when she was younger, her head flopped forward. But that could be with any system, I've only used this one. Other than that it's done what I need it to, keeping her safe in the car.

question about car seat July 5, 2006 Reviewer:  Tiff (Tulsa OK)  See all my reviews >

I was very excited to read the recent review that stated that the stroller included the base. I have read the box several times and the description and it never really stated if it was included. My question is wether or not you can strap the car seat into the car without the base, for those few occasions when you may be in someone else's vehicle. I asked the sales associate at two different stores and we couldnt figure out where the seat belt went on the car seat itself. So if you own one of these strollers and can answer that question, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm due in Novemember and registered for this stroller and I'm very excited about it! Thanks!

We love it!!!! July 2, 2006 Reviewer:  Excited soon to be mommy "Lauren" (Wisconsin)  See all my reviews >

I went to the store to check this stroller system out for myself and I fell in love with it... I'm a soon to be mom and wanted to take this stroller for a test run. It turns on a dime, and moves so graceful... not hard to fold at all. you can fold it with one hand. Also very light and has alot of storage room below with a net that can cover all of your stuff. I can't wait to take my baby for a stroll in this system, it's wonderful...

Hard to fold! June 23, 2006 Reviewer:  Catydid (Sacramento, CA)  See all my reviews >

I bought this stroller based on the other parent reviews, which were mostly positive. My baby is due next month so I haven't had an occasion to use the stroller yet - but I do want to warn potential buyers that there is a trick to folding the stroller, which I only found out after spending a half an hour on the phone with the manufacturer. The instructions state to press the button on the handle, and then press down. I did this repeatedly and it absolutely wouldn't fold. What Evenflo said to do, and this actually works, is to lift up the back of the stroller, so the back wheels barely lift off the ground, then press the button and press down. Do that, and it's a cinch to fold. Lookswise, this is a beautiful stroller, and hopefully this will help anyone who buys it and has the same trouble I did in folding it!!

A Bazillion stars for this item! June 23, 2006 Reviewer:  Hayden's Mommy "NJCH" (San Francisco, CA. USA)  See all my reviews >

I thought that this would be such a pain in the butt to manage, but I'm 5'1" and 105 lbs (after bith of baby) and I can manage to take this stroller system out of my Chevy Avalanche truck and set it up. It's a bit large if you're looking for a small stroller travel system, but it's wonderful and incredibly smooth. Everywhere I go, everyone admires it and always asks where I got it. They all want to test it out and they say, "Wow...strollers have come a LONG way since I've had my child. I'm gonna get me one of these for my next one." My husband loves the ergonimic handle on the carseat - and it's wonderful that this travel system comes with a carseat base because some travel systems do not have one - you will have to purchase it separately (BOOOO!). I love this stroller, it's easy to maneuver (kind of like All wheel drive) and it has a little peek-a-boo window so you can keep an eye on the little one when you close all the shades. Although I had difficulty opening this system the first time I tried it, I easily got the hang of it. Closing it is a snap. A lot of people stare and I'm sure they're thinking, "How can such a small person fold and carry that big stroller?"...but it's so simple!
