The overall quality is great compared to a California Closets or similar melamine solution. Plus, you can install and do it yourself ending up with a much better closet design for 1/3 the price.

BTW - the other reviewer mentioned the number of shelves. Research before you buy and you will see that if you install in the 10' configuration, you will have 3-shelves. 8' configuration you will have 2 or 3 more shelves. 6' even more. The very nature of this system allows you to size and customize to taste. The installation instructions come with directions for 4-different 8' configs and 4-different 10' configs. Or, you can go it alone.

Anyway, don't pay attention to a review that knocks the unit because of the number of shelves when someone obviously made a $1,000 purchase based on a couple pictures on a web site. Not advisable. Go to the manufacturer's web site and be sure you are getting what you want.

I purchased two of these deluxe honey maple organizers
and they DO NOT COME with six shelves only three.
Further, one of the three shelves the metal end pieces
fittings didnt fit as the holes predrilled were too large
THE ad dosent say how many shelves it says comes with multiple shelves you only get three and it looks pretty bad as an organizer also, ONE of the wooden brackets was broken in half but it appears as if the packer knew as each piece was placed neatly in the box on different sides I cant wait to unpack the other unit but have called the company with these issues DELUXE is an oxymoron.
I am hoping that the company made a mistake and should have included six shelves and will send out the others
I feel otherwise it is misleading

This system is very flexible and I'm really impressed with their customer service dept. I installed this closet myself and only needed another person to help with the doors I bought. Other than having to use some extra L brackets to square things up (my walls and floors aren't quite even,) all the supplies were included.

When I ran into a question about a miscut drawer panel and the cabinet door installation, I called the company and my call was immediately taken. I had a FedEx with a new drawer in 2 days! That's how companies should respond!

I like this system and my only wish is that they offered more accesories, e.g. drawer and shelf dividers, storage baskets, etc.

Shipment was delivered on time, color is more yellowish than oak, the instructions were hard to follow but the final result is amazing. Wood is softer than you would expect but in my case it worked perfect as our wall was not fully straight so the flexibility of wood was a positive thing. You have 3-4 different options for installing the system depending on how many rails you need and at what height. You can also purchase additional rails and or shelves. Installed system is solid and looks amazing. Every time I walk by the closet I just take a peak and admire it. Definitely a good buy for your buck.

System is so attractive & well built, I am going to do all the closets in the house. It took some time to figure out how we wanted to set it up, closet is 11 by 14, bought 3 10 foot systems and 3 wall units plus extra shelving.Came out beautiful, very pleased.
