These DVD's are good for at home use. The only complaint is the instructor in the Cardio Pilates dvd goes too fast and doesn't explain how to do the moves she just rushes thru them.

This pilates is no where on par for a normal pilates class and the DVD's are a total snoozer. The instructor talks very fast (narrates, so even she couldn't do the exercise and talk at the same time), and only does one action for max 5 times (3 leg circles?! What does that do?) If you want to fall asleep and do pilates buy this product. If you want a good pilates routine--look elsewhere.
