I was excited about the fact that I could purchase so-called [brand name hosiery] at a reasonable price at Target's. How disappointed I was at the poor quality of the "Assets" brand. After only one washing, the seams unraveled and were very difficult to use after that. Just surprised because I have always enjoyed the original [brand name hosiery] and the high quality of that product. Did I get what I paid for?

I guess I was expecting more, coming from a team that included my beloved Target and the creator of the highly praised [hosiery line].

This product is just "OK"....certainly nothing to sing praises about.

My experience has been similar to the other's, the waistband rolls and after wearing it two times, runs began forming and the lining tore away.

Might as well invest in the real thing!!!

I wore these for a few hours and I already had a rip in the inner lining. I was between two sizes so I orderd up.. This was a big dissapointed to me.. expensive undergarmet for only minimal uses..

Great coverage that helps smooth things out. Multiple runs after one wash and complete tearing after three washes. The waistband tends to roll down as well - even after purchasing one size larger. Great for wearing under clothes without panty lines; not good for long-life.

I am shocked at how comfortable these are. I hate all types of pantyhose- but I can imagine wearing these frequently. I purchased them for a special occasion but I am thinking that I'll be purchasing more for work too. And about the sizing- we have to come to terms with this: pantyhose and swimsuits are two things that you've got to measure, and then go one size up. I would have worn a 1 by the size chart. I bought a 2 and they fit great. It's the nature of the beast.

Not true to size,that is-- waist band rolls down and not that easy to put on. Some runs from waistband with first wear. Overall accomplished the goal of no panty lines; but not a quality product.

Get over it! I don't know how you could criticize such a great product! I weigh over 240 lbs, so wear the highest size that is available (size 5). I've worn mine for over 2 weeks, washed and rewashed them and have ABSOLUTELY no runs, tears or warped waistbands.
I don't know what you ladies (2 stars or less) must expect from this product (or any other similar product).
This apparel is to provide coverage that REDUCES bulge and panty lines. It is not, however, going to produce a "halleujah" miracle that some of you expected. If you want a flat stomach, do sit-ups!!! Don't expected a piece of stretchy lyrca to do it for you.
I am thrilled about this product and recommend all ladies to try it. 5 stars all the way for me!

I bought these "underwear" following the size chart to the tee. I was "supposed" to be a size 2 but could barely squeeze in them. The band also kept rolling down which was annoying. I would not recommend this brand to anyone looking for good shapewear.

These undgergarments purporting to be "underwear" are nothing more than [expensive], footless control-top panty hoes, and wimpy, ill-fitting ones at that. One side ripped upon putting them on this morning, and I've been yanking them up all day so they won't end up around my ankles.

As a caveat, I carefully followed the size guidlines and saw that I should comfortably be in the "3" zone (and I am definitely not one of those girls who kids myself into thinking I'm 15 pounds lighter or is even anywhere near the "cusp" of being on a different size)so I would really like to know what gives.

My only hope after buying a 5 dollar pair of control tops from [another brand] to replace this miserable garment--and will doubtless be just as effective in smoothing if not more so--is that I can return this ASAP.

do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Sara Blakely and Target should call a spade a spade and label ALL of her low-priced garments as hosery or just stick to the supposedly better originals. [...]
