I ordered this on line from [another retailer]. Brought it home and proceeded to put it together.. Better have several hours to figure it out. It took me and my neighbor several hours to put it together only to realize it was backwards. then get on it watch the dvd and go to work out. you need straps to hold your feet while you are crunching..or for me at least. It's still in my back yard..it doesn't fold up. I will sell it or give it to someone else..cause its not for me.

I couldn't put it together very easy... After I finished putting it together I noticed that it was going be impossible to keep because it doesn't fold down.It is very big and bulky. If you have a separate room for it then your set. As for the actually use of the machine... I am not too sure... as I was more concerned about the esthetics of it... that I never actually tried to do a rep....! I just packed it up and took it back. That's not to say that it wouldn't work because I am sure it would have had I tried it out... hope you have better luck!
