Description

    Play as a boy who's taken over a farm. As you work on your farm, you'll find yourself interacting with other members of your community. For the NDS entry in the series, Marvelous is bringing you back to Forget-Me-Not Valley, the world of the GameCube Harvest Moon: Wonderful Life game, while retaining the basic gameplay of the GBA titles. You once again play as a boy who's taken over a farm. As you work on your farm, you'll find yourself interacting with other members of your community. The NDS's twin screens are put to full use in Harvest Moon DS. During gameplay sequences, the top screen displays the action while the bottom screen displays the menu screen and comments and hints from helpful sprite characters. Conversation sequences also make use of the twin screens. The overhead action remains on the top screen, with the bottom screen showing the text for the conversation and large shots of the people to whom you're speaking.

i love the harvest moon series! i have it for ps2 which is really fun so i thought this would be fun too. its awsome!!! its also great that you can takke it everywhere you want. IF YOU'RE A FAN OF THE SIMS THEN YOU'LL LOVE THIS BECAUSE IT IS EVEN BETTER!!!!! until i found harvest moon i thought the sims 2 was the best game ever than i found this and its even better! you have a role in life and you get to have a farm with cute animals that you take care of and you have to find a wife and then you have a child which is soooo fun! dont worry parents because all you do is give your bride flowers and stuff and then you just have a child with is soooo cute. it has lots of twists asnd turns and minigames too. this is a great presesnt for all ages. its not really difficult but i find my self playing it all night. oh and parents i would suggest not letting you child take this to bed because they will never sleep! I really suggest getting this!!

This is by far the most in-depth Harvest Moon Game aside from A Wonderful Life, but has many glitches - good AND bad. Unfortunately this detracts from the enjoyment, but it is still very fun. You can raise animals, grow crops, get married, and more. Overall, I would recommend this game.

I just bought the game and its amazing. The game enetrtains very well. I find myself coming home every day and wanting to play Harvest Moon. I am very pleased with my purchase. I recomend this game to everyone its a pleaser.

If you like farming, fishing, and harvest sprites, this is the game for you. Harvest Moon DS is all of the above and more. Fishing, rasing crops, animals, cooking, or just running around town. Everyday is a good day in Harvest Moon. There are many things to do, so things won't get dull. I've played past Harvest Moon games, and none of which I found unsatisfying or lame. This game should really take Harvest Moon to the next level, at least until the Harvest Moon for Wii comes out...

I personally cant wait for this game to hit the shelves!
This game combines Harvest Moon a Wonderful Life for the Nintendo Game Cube system, with Harvest Moon Friends of mineral town for the Game Boy Advance for twice the harvest moon fun. Hire harvest sprites to assist farming chores, interact with your livestock hands on with the DS touchscreen capabilties, pick from the towns lovely ladys to share in your farming dreams, and help reverse the Witch Princess's spell on the Harvest Goddess to achive your dreams as a pro farmer. I LOVE this game!! I have had it for almost 2 years now, and I have not gotten tiered of it yet. It is super fun, and it helps that you actually have a goal (find the little harvest people that are hidden in that game), so it is not just a farming game. It does freeze sometimes, so make sure that you save at least twice a day (in the game). Great game!!!!

This game is great and I really like that you can sell the weeds and the flowers. The only problem I had with this game is that when you collect the weeds, if you use your hands to pick them up and throw them down, you lose love points and friendship points for littering. Other than that this game is fantastic. This is kind of like a mix between A Wonderful Life, Magical Melody, and Friends of Mineral Town. You can even gamble, sort of, with the harvest sprites

Harvest Moon: Magical Melody for Nintendo DS is a cool game. You work on a farm and have a pet cat and dog. You can talk to people in the town and go fishing fishing and go gambling(kinda). The main point of the game is to find the Harvest Queen.

I love playing this game..so much fun to play and I like how you can make money just by selling flowers and weeds and stuff like that.. Took me a long time to find all the sprites in the game but it was very challenging.. I sure hope they come out with a second one..
