Easy to use. Just be sure you have "chargers" on hand. I was amazed at how light and fluffy the whipped cream was. I added sugar and a little vanilla to heavy whipping cream and it tasted delicious! I put a dab of whipped cream on pound cake with a few fresh strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate. Will make any ordinary dessert special even cupcakes.
