I was the first person to write a review on this glider and I still really like it, however, I gave it only 3 stars because it doesn't stay clean very well and when I went to wash the arm rests they got mis-shaped and I had to unstich them and reposition the padding and they don't stay snapped into place. I have just recently contacted the company about replacement cushions and they DON'T sell them! This is very irritating. So now I have a working chair that looks aweful because I can't clean it. The chair is still working wonderful and I have used it every day for almost a year now. So this chair has had alot of use and has held up well. I still would recommend this chair to new parents or someone who can't afford a higher priced glider but keep something over it so it doesn't get dirty. I will, however, next time get one that reclines as I fell asleep in this one alot and woke up with a kinked neck along with one that has washable cushion covers.

I ordered this before I had my baby. My husband was happy with how easy it was to set up. When I sat in it, the ottoman was a little low, and the chair was not very comfortable. However, since I had gotten such a good deal, I was willing to live with it. The very next day, my husband sat it the chair. He leaned back, and the back rung snapped. It was very flimsy. I bought a different chair for about [..] more and it has been perfect.

At first based on other reviews we saw online, we were reluctant to purchase this model. However, we needed an economical solution and a smaller glider for our new baby's room and this worked out great! The color is perfect- matches our dark wood furniture almost perfectly because it's not too red like some "cherry" furniture. Also, some reviews said the seat was too narrow and it was hard, but we didn't find that to be the case at all. I'm average build and 5'5. My husband is 5'11 and it is a bit small for him, but we both still found it to be comfortable.
Bottom line is for the price- you can't beat it to get a glider + ottoman for this price!

I shopped around for our nursery chair, and it was the reviews and price that led me to purchase this chair. I am glad I did! The chair was delivered promptly after ordering it (got it in one week!) and it was very easy to assemble!! I am surprised at how comfortable this chair is, and the pockets on the side are just an added bonus! I have since been to other baby stores where the chairs are twice as much, and I have sat in the chairs and they aren't nearly as comfortable as this one. This is a great buy!!!!

This was very easy to assemble. It took me about 1/2 hour at 9 months pregnant. The cushions are not that plush, but you can't beat it for the price. It looks nice and expensive and my baby loves to be rocked to sleep.
I am not one that always shops for the least expensive price, but this is a great value and would recommend it to others.

i brought this chair for my sister in law for her baby shower. it was easy yo put together it took my brother less then 10 minutes to put it together. she sat in it while she was still pregnant but when she came home from the hospital and sat in with the baby the chair broke. she heard a crack then look down and it was broken. so we had to return it. it was a great color and it look really nice but it fell apart. so beware of this chair

I received my rocker a few days ago, my husband put it together in a matter of minutes it's very sturdy, beautiful cherry wood (dark),the cushions are very comfy they are like a microfiber material. This chair is great it has pockets on both sides of the chair, big over-stuffed arms! Overall I would recommend this product to anyone. This is a must have when you have an infant. Very great product!

We purchased this when we had our second child. It's falling apart. The arms screw into the base and they are falling off -- they never were tight. I weigh about 145 pounds. It's very wide, so a bigger person could fit comfortably, but the padding is so thin it actually hurts my rear to sit in it. There is also something wrong with the glider mechanism. It has a hitch in it's giddy up when you glide all the way back which is annoying when you are trying to rock a child to sleep. We use it in our bedroom as a back up rocker. The kids don't sit in it so it isn't abused. [...] In hindsight, I wish we would have used the money we spent on both to buy one nice glider.

I was kinda disappointed with the product. The fabric is itchy, like someone else mentioned, I draped a blanket over the chair to avoid the material. It's a little uncomfortable too. All I know is I couldn't sit in it last night to nurse my daughter because I was too uncomfortable...

Edit...not even 2 months later...my chair is broken...the pegs that hold the arm pieces together have come apart causing the back to fall backwards...now it's $200 of dumpster material...I do NOT recommend this chair...

I would change my star scale to 0 instead of 2 but it wouldn't let me...

Ordered two gliders, one got lost in the mail and did not get it before I had my baby, I was sick at end of pregnancy and my daughter was sick for two months after birth and I am now just getting nursery together, chair not very strong, came damaged and still trying to get taken care of through Target and storkcraft...dont waste your money with target or storkcraft it's not worth the time and/or frustration.
