This item is so much better than I thought it would be, that I'm writing my first Target review to comment on it. The larger attachment is great for heels and the bottoms of feet. The smaller attachment is narrow and tapered and I use it for the calloused tops of my little toes, and around the nails. I've found that within a week of a pedicure the areas around my nails are dry and unsightly, even with plenty of cream. The small tool is perfect for buffing that off. Here's an indication of how much better it works than my daily ritual of using a pumice stone: After the first time of using it, I woke up in the middle of the night, rubbed my feet together and sighed at how smooth they felt, then went back to sleep. Oh my goodness, does my life sound pathetic when expressed that way! But at least I have very smooth tootsies!

I noticed this online about a year ago and ordered it because of the good reviews it had-- and OMG, were they right! I was skeptical because I'd used devices like this in the past, but they were never powerful enough for me. I'm diabetic and very heavy, and I walk about 2 miles a day... so my feet take a lot of abuse and need exceptional care. This is the only thing that has worked for me. I used to get pedicures in the salon every week, and that didn't even get my feet close to as smooth as this baby does.

The only thing to remember-- use good batteries. Generic batteries just wont' give you the same results. And buy the economy pack becuase you'll have to put in a new set every 2nd or 3rd time you use it (if your feet are as bad as mine) but it's well worth it.

I LOVED this item when I bought it. I used it all the time (my feet are rock hard from gymnastics, dance, and walking around all my life with no shoes) and it made my feet pretty and smooth. However, after about two months, it just quit working. I hadn't changed anything, and I used rechargeable batteries in it which I changed every time, and it just wouldn't work any more. I was so disappointed. I'm probably going to order another one and hope that my luck is better with the second try.

I just got this wonderful tool yesterday. I absolutely love it. I've looked all over for something to help my horrible feel. I'm in the military and my feet take a beating from wearing boots all day. I was so ashamed of all of the hard skin on the heel of my feet. Well let me tell you I can't wait to get back to the states and to wear some open back shoes. This thing is pretty powerful for it's size. It took all of the dead skin off and the cream gives a pleasant smell and works great. This is one of the best investments I've made in regards to taking care of my feet. I going to order the replacements tools and more cream, because thing is going to be my best friend. Thank you target for intorducing me. LOL

Well, I love this little machine.Gone is the old stone days that were a lot of work.This thing took away my calluses right away,my feet are much nicer looking and the foot butter is great,talk about happy feet.I can't wait till I pull out the sandals.I would recommend some good batteries like Duracell not the generic type.I went ahead and bought the stone replacements right away so I have everything ready for the summer months.I think everybody should have one of these but thats just my opinion

I've been running competitively for over fifteen years so I'm used to the unsightly appearance of my runner's feet. What bothers me is the pain associated with calluses that appear on the bottom of my feet (and sides of my big toes) as a result. Sometimes it's so bad that I simply cannot complete my run. I can't afford to visit the nail salon on a weekly basis to have them remove my painful calluses - so I went out searching for an alternative and my friend suggested the Heel Smoother. I'm obsessed! Not only does it remove my calluses (and pain) but I've saved a ton of money on pedicurist appointments and I've lost weight because I can run for a much longer period of time! It's saved my life!

I was SOOOO excited when I found this product but found that a regular foot file works better. If you don't like the work of a hand file than you may enjoy this product. Not a bad product -- but not great product either. If it had more power it would be a "great" product.

I am obsessed with this thing! It works so well. Throw your pumice stone away because this heel smoother is amazing. I was worried that it wouldn't spin fast or it wouldn't be abrasive enough, but I was so wrong. My feet get really bad cracks, especially in the winter, and with only one use, my feet looked amazing. It comes with two different attachments, and both are great. Trust me! This may sound like a sales pitch, but it's the truth!
