I've had dry heels and feet for years and in the winter time my heels even start to crack. My friend told me about this product and it actually works! I found it works best if you apply light pressure and just sand away the dry skin. If you push too hard it stops spinning. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this item & was very disappointed. It is not powerful enough. When the tip is applied to the skin, it turns off. I found out that you have to dab the skin, instead of letting the tip roll on the skin. You also have to apply alot of force to actually make this item work. You are better off trying a liquid callous remover instead!

I bought this heel smoother a year ago,I have callus on my feet,nothing worked except a razor blade,I am on line ordering replacement tips today ,they lasted a year.This is a great product,you can not apply a lot of pressure,you have to let the product do the smoothing.I was glad I could get the replacement tips.

I have absolutely horrible callouses on my heals, including deep cracks. I work on my feet constantly but find it hard to keep the callouses down, I'd used everything, graters, lotions, medication, stones, even the razor blade type of trimmers. Nothing really worked until this little baby came around. It works very well, the only thing that I don't like about it is that it goes through batteries rather quickly and the less battery power you have they less powerful the rotations are. I also find that sometimes I still have to use the razor blade trimmer especially on the cracks that I have. Overall this tool makes keeping my feet nice a lot easier.

I live in a very dry climate and my feet are absolutely horrendous. After only one try with the Heel Smoother, my feet were baby smooth! I couldn't believe the dry flaky skin just falling off as soon as I started using it. Thanks for a great product!

I walk about the house without slippers and my feet are truly terrible. Nothing seemed to work, that is until I received the Heel Smoother for Christmas. Immediately, I put it to work and now I'm in deep love :-) It's the only thing that effectively removes the dry, dead skin from my feet. I keep it in my night table and use it right before bedtime. It has a safety feature so if you press too hard on your skin the rotating ball will stop. What a great idea. I've already recommended it to friends. My Heel Smoother is my favorite beauty product.

I really did not notice that this item did much of anything. You have to press really hard to get it to work and I am not sure it even took any dry skin off my feet, it mostly just tickled them. Save your money and just buy a good old fashioned pumice bar.

I just bought this heel smoother to give myself a pedicure. I normally get pedicure every few weeks. This heel smother did a better job than the lady who does my pedicures. I will never give up my pedicures, but I will keep my feet looking great in between. I am really happy with my purchase.
