REplacement Canopy May 20, 2009 Reviewer:  THrifty Mom (Chicago,IL)  See all my reviews >

If you have purchased the Tiverton Gazebo and love it like I do then you must know it is very fustrating to find a replacement canopy for it. The original canopy is very flimsy and disappointing. You WILL have to replace it every two years at least.(I always took mine down in winter and still)There is a company called Garden Winds that I know carries some replacements and so does CNDCS canopy company however the years of 05/06 and 07/08 are made by two different manufacturers be AWARE I ordered an 2006 for my Gazebo and it did not fit. Apparantly Target recieved a some that had modifications done to them ( So I was told by a customer service rep from one of the replacement companies) so just because it is the correct year and manufacturer for the canopy it does NOT mean it will fit. I found the best thing to do is e-mail sunjoy (only for the 05/06 years)and give them my model # located on a tag on my original canopy and and they would let me know what to look for. Hope this HELPS

Great structure but top wears easily. March 27, 2009 Reviewer:  Mom to 3 girls (Virginia Beach, Va)  See all my reviews >

We have purchased 2 of these gazebos. The first time we made the mistake of not bolting it to the ground. With the first big storm the thing ended up in our driveway! The second time we hired someone to bolt it down to our concrete patio. Since then it has withstood major storms without even budging. However, the canvas top does not withstand much. It faded quickly and did not even last 1 year before it was completely shredded from the winter weather (we live in a mild weather area, Virginia). I had to replace the canvas top which you should expect to have to do every couple of years. The replacement top cost plus tax and shipping.

Very Nice! June 3, 2009 Reviewer:  Music City, USA (Nashville, TN)  See all my reviews >

I just bought this a week ago. It took my boyfriend and I 2 1/2 hours to put together, not bad. We started by taking all the pieces out of the plastic and putting them in order on the ground. Then their are two sets of screws..I separated them initially, which made things go smoothly. I am curious how long the top will last. Other gazebos in the past didnt hold up but for one summer. this one looks pretty durable. I've had many compliments on it already! :D

Overpriced! June 2, 2009 Reviewer:  Kristy "Kristy" (Orange County, CA)  See all my reviews >

It's hard to rate this gazebo since I purchased mine and have not put it up yet... however, I purchased this last year for a cheaper price and was considering purchasing another, but now it's very expensive?! I cant believe it!

Sean Conway™ Tiverton 2007 Gazebo Well built and sturdy April 29, 2009 Reviewer:  Happy Homeowner "HH" (Allentown, PA)  See all my reviews >

The Sean Conway™ Tiverton 2007 Gazebo is very well contructed. It takes 2 people at least 5 hours to put together. The directions for the most part are pretty good. In the later stages of putting things together the instructions are just pictures. While the initial instructions were relatively good the one thing not explained was that there are two different bolt sizes and we had to redue some things because we did not know there were two different sizes. One is slightly longer than the other and you need the long ones (8)( for the end caps.
I was impressed with the quality and guage of the steel. It takes 4 people to put the top frame ontot the posts. It is best to put the canvas top on the frame prior to securing the top frame to the posts.I put together in April 2009

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT June 3, 2009 Reviewer:  Irish Eyes "Eileen R" (Edison, NJ)  See all my reviews >

This is our third season with this gazebo. We love the style and durablity. You need to put sand bags in the columns and bolt it to a patio. We also take the top off in winter because of our crazy NJ winters. Last year we were very busy and late with getting the top off so it tore a little (our fault). We did order a replacement top for when ours gets very bad. I am a little nervous because some of the reviews say that certain replacement tops don't fit. I hope that's not the case. I don't know yet because it's being delivered in July.

Love it May 6, 2009 Reviewer:  Lisa Boyd Real Name See all my reviews >

I have had this Gazebo for 2 seasons now and we enjoy it. I didn't take the top off during a wind storm of gust up to 90 mph and it tore, but that is my fault. I am now looking for a replacement top.We have sat outside many evenings under it and enjoyed. We have received many compliments from family and friends on the style and beauty of it.

Tiverton 2007 Gazebo April 19, 2009 Reviewer:  Nickybee "NIckybee" (No. Babylon, N.Y.)  See all my reviews >

I bought this gazebo when it was offered in 2007 and I love it. It has traveled with me to another home purchase. It is sturdy, well made and appealing to the eye. We purchased an outdoor chandelier from Target and it really enhances the outdoor living. Care should be given by removing the canopy before winter and it will last a couple of years. The frame should last for a considerable time. I've looked at many gazebos after my purchasing the Tiverton and no other comes close to quality and appearance. The others simply look cheap.

Sean Conway Tiverton 2007 Gazebo July 24, 2007 Reviewer:  L. Barbosa Real Name See all my reviews >

Wow! We were waiting to find a sturdy gazebo that we felt could stand up to the weather in New Jersey (N'easters, blizzards, below zero days with ice), minus the canvas top. This gazebo was perfect and will work so well for us that we believe that the frame will last for at least several years without any special care. The corner legs are light in weight but quite substantial in stability with large square column legs so it's quite sturdy and secure when attached to patio block, concrete or decking. My husband easily asssembled the top of the gazebo (DO NOT FORGET TO PUT UP THE CURTAIN RINGS FIRST) and when ready we first tried to raise the top up off the patio and rest it on a ladder to prop it up while he held it steady and I attached the legs; this didn't work. What worked for us as a pair was to prop up the top part up on its side against our fence, and while I held the legs my husband used a power driver to attach the two bottom ones. Then together we "walked up" the two legs and attached top until it was ready to tip over and stand upright. I then tipped it over and he caught the unsupported end and held it upright while I positioned the other two legs and secured each. This worked well and we were very pleased that it took only two of us to stand this up and secure it; the neighbors were VERY impressed that we managed this with two people. We were very pleased with the manner in which it was secured to the patio, the sturdiness of the structure itself and the ease in which it went up. I would like to see additional accessories for this gazebo though, especially an affordable solid curtain for each side, as opposed to the netting, to keep out the sun and heavy rain. From setting out the pieces to finish took it took two people only 4 1/2 hours, with power tools that we had or could easily rent from our local home improvement store.
