Tiverton Gazebo February 22, 2009 Reviewer:  sjackson "Bobbie" (Sparks, NV)  See all my reviews >

The gazebo is attractive, however the canopy wears out the second year. And the replacement cost is about[price]. Having to replace the canopy every 2 years can get expensive.

Grate Item! February 19, 2009 Reviewer:  Melissa Lynn Campbell "target lover" Real Name (Queens, New York)  See all my reviews >

It took all day to put together, but it was worth every hour. The only thing is the net it comes with I can't find any back ups for them. I had a guest over my house who put a hole in the net from smoking. I want to get more, but can't find them anywhere. Everything else is great and strong.

Tiverton Gazebo January 19, 2009 Reviewer:  Happy golfer "Lud L" (Pensacola, Florida)  See all my reviews >

Almost finished putting Gazebo on the four posts. Like the looks and fairly easy to put the top together without help. Received as a gift. Strong advice to anyone that make this purchase. Make sure all parts are in place and not damaged when you receive it or before you leave the store.
First gazebo two corners were broken and not useable. Target insisted they send a complete new Gazebo. I kept the first one until I could go through the new one to ensure no broken parts. Same two corners were broken in the new gazebo. Kept the good ones from the first gazebo and am proceeding with final installation.

Absolutely Perfect!! December 29, 2008 Reviewer:  Super Mom (Emerald Isle NC)  See all my reviews >

It was fairly easy to put up I would recommend having 4 people when putting the top onto the posts. My roommate and I put it but but struggled with the top section with just the 2 of us. We bolted it to the deck and have had no issues with the wind even shaking it. I also read that a lot of people have had the top tear at the clips that hold it onto the top. I did notice that they were weak and started to pull apart. I purchased the Mighty Mendit fabric glue and glued each seam. They have not budged since. I would recommend anyone do this to help their top keep from ripping. :-) It is the best looking gazebo I have seen and I have been very happy with it.

Definately worth it September 27, 2008 Reviewer:  Lisa (Richmond, VA)  See all my reviews >

We bought this gazebo almost 2 years ago now. We did a lot of reading online of various reviews for other similar gazebos and bought it knowing (based on other reviews) that we may need to ultimately replace the top and that at a minimum we would need to take the top of during winter or major wind storms to prevent it from being destroyed. Well, as is human nature, we've took no preventive measures other than to screw the legs into our deck with wood screws. This gazebo has weathered hurricane strength winds, ice storms (with heavy ice on it for days), flood level rainfall, etc. without a single leak, tear, structural damage, etc. At most we've had slight fading of the cover from a mushroom to more of a beige, but that's about it. We LOVE it. I truly can't believe how well it's held up. We've had wind that blew shingles, shutters and siding off our neighbors' homes and our gazebo has lasted throughout. It's great for entertaining too; everyone loves it. It was a great purchase; highly recommend.

Looks Amazing , materials are fragile July 29, 2008 Reviewer:  shaded deck "Anthony C." (Delawhere)  See all my reviews >

This might be the best gazebo for under $800 but the materials used could have been better. Main post are made from brittle die-cast aluminum as are the corners , The main beams are made up of thin extruded alum. which dents fairly easy , the canopy fabric is thin and probably wont last a year [...] and keep the replacement parts hotline no#. ready as freight shipping has it being tossed around alot. once its up this gazebo looks amazing and it is huge (pics dont do it justice) I'm 6'2" and dont even come close to the main beams (6-7" clearance). You will need a ladder to hang a chandelier. oh and the instructions are laughable. If your looking for a gazebo that looks great and wont get blown away in a good breeze this is the one. Just wish it was made with better materials and sun shades were included.

Great Gazebo July 10, 2008 Reviewer:  Keri Graham "Keribear" Real Name (Norman, OK)  See all my reviews >

I love this gazebo. I purchased a rectangular 6 person table to go with it and it has been great. I highly recommend taking the canopy down during the winter as I am on my second canopy. The winds here just tore the other one after a long winter freeze and heavy rain. I would definitely buy this again. Make sure that you have several people to assemble. The more the better.

Sophisticated and Attractive July 15, 2009 Reviewer:  L. Baldwin Real Name (Brecksville, Ohio)  See all my reviews >

This gazebo is beautiful. I looked at gazebos for 3 years before choosing this one (while the price rose considerably). As with the other reviews, the assembly is finicky but, it is well worth it. Ours sits poolside and serves as a housing for our bar. I also plan to add opaque drapes to 2 sides so it can also be used as a changing room. I will heed the warnings to remove the top for winter and will likely have a new top made by an awning company so that we can enjoy many years of service and beauty.

BLOWN AWAY!!!!!! March 24, 2009 Reviewer:  msantiguan (california)  See all my reviews >

My husband and I purchased this gazebo in 2008. We love the gazebo, and have recently moved and could not wait to put it up. Well, we enjoyed it until a couple days ago. I heard a banging noise in the backyard, and to my surprise, it was a leg of the gazebo rolling around!!! We are on a hill with high winds, and the gazebo just crumbled. IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE WHERE HIGH WINDS ARE A REALITY, DON'T PURCHASE THIS GAZEBO...SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where to purchase canopy and net and more information March 3, 2009 Reviewer:  Shelly Hunt "Shelly" Real Name (Columbus, OH)  See all my reviews >

A two year owner of this gazebo. Last year my canopy was destroyed during a wind storm. At that time I only knew of the online site of Garden Winds. This store wanted[.....]plus for the canopy only. Please be aware they do not sell the netting at the bottom. Just the canopy and the small netting attached to the top.

Late fall, I decided to convert the gazebo into a pergola. Even when I purchased this gazebo it reminded me of a pergola anyway.

Went to Lowes and brought the treated wood. Cut, nailed and placed the wood across the top. The gazebo columns and base top are very steady. They can hold the weight of the wood.

Will stain the wood this spring. Will paint the columns and base top a pearl white. No plans to invest in more canopy tops. I am very happy with this decision. No more worries of losing a canopy top when the next rain and wind storm occurs in OHIO.

Hope this helps.
