We purchased this Gazebo in summer of '06, It's beautiful, and everyone loves it, this past fall before be had a chance to take it down and store for the winter. During a storm it ripped, scredded and I need to know how I can purchase a new canopy for the top??? Other than that it's great we can the chandilier the dinning set It all goes great in our back pool yard!

Bought the 2007 Numark model two years ago. The structure stands up well and is very attractive. We lighted it with some gazebo lights and it looks beautiful at nights. However, the Canopy is terrible. It dry rots easily and cannot withstand the slightest elevated wind pressure. Already went through two canopies and in the process of buying the 3rd, which is extremely expensive at $... with shipping. My friends suggests that I build a canopy from plywood or aluminum to avoid replacing every year. It was very hard to find the replacement canopy at first, before I discovered the manufacturers number, This is the last canopy I will be purchasing. I will take as much precaution against wind, can't avoid the amount of sun exposure (which causes the dry rotting)as I live in South Florida. Can't say I will buy another Numark canopy product after this experience. MANUFACTURER SHOULD CONSIDER A DISCOUNT TO RETURNING CUSTOMERS FOR THE CANOPY REPLACEMENT. SHAME ON YOU NUMARK.

ordered despite mixed reviews. very easy to put together-needed my teenage son to help with corners and it took us and my husband to lift onto columns-this best done with three as two can hold and third can guide onto columns. The directions lacked wording but were simple, I did it myself in about 2hrs with only simple assistance with corners and then lifting. Note:be sure to seperate 8 long screws and set aside-easy to mix up with short screws! Delivered complete with all parts and undamaged-looks great on my patio! I've read about the canopy probs and will remove mine for winter and have local sail supply make new with sturdy, waterproof fabric using current as template. The canopy is very easy to remove. Overall I am thilled with purchase!

I first purchase this 10x12 gazebo for the size and style in '05 or '06 for $ in the store, no shipping, handling or waiting. During a move I put the gazebo up without securing it and am still regreting it. I have been waiting for the price to drop to purchase another one - (no luck) it keeps going up. I am finding that I will have to pay the new price of $ just to keep the same style that I love so much. Plus I still have additional screens and canopy, that I will make work if necessary. Bottom line, I search and did not find anything that was close to what this is like. I GUESS THEY KNOW THAT WE WILL SPEND THE MONEY IF WE LIKE IT.

this is our 3rd summer for this gazebo. We are very happy with it. the canopy only lasted 2 summers before it tore beyond repair because of the damage from the 2 summers of weather. We tried a replacement canopy that did not fit and they would not return the shipping costs. We finally went to a tent and awning company and had one made using the original as a pattern. It really cost us, but it is much heavier material and should last for years to come. We are now in need of some replacement parts and having a hard time except that one of these reviews gave a customer service number, so am going to try that. Just LOVE ours still and still receiving lots of compliments on it. Woulde buy it again!

We bought ours in April and so far so good! My husband built a wood deck underneath and bolted the Gazebo to it. We have HORRIBLE tornadic winds where we live & last week's storm lifted bikes and pool stuff out of our back yard but the Gazebo was left unharmed. I was SO excited! It also gets full sun all day so I will be anxious to see how it stands up to sun and heat this summer.

We've had our gazebo for 3-4 years now. As I recall, it was not hard to assemble, although there are a lot of parts. I did it all myself until it was time to lift the beams in place. Some reviewers have asked if the columns are solid or hollow, and believe me they are hollow or you would never be able to lift it.

I anchored ours to concrete the same day that I put it up. Without anchors, it would be sailing in the wind. Also, last year, I bought a replacement canopy, which was not easy to find. Target did not - or does not - stock them. You might find it helpful to look for a company called Garden Winds in Benicia, CA for the replacement. They are on the internet. I don't plan to replace the screens, which have also become torn.

This has brought us a new outdoor living room. Living in La Jolla, we were worried the moisture and wind may be an issue but it has not. It has been nearly 2 years and it looks like new. Definately worth the money! It exceeded our expectations.

This is a beautiful gazebo and assembly was not difficult. The problem is that pieces supporting the canopy are a poor material for outdoor use. One of the canopy supports completely rusted through in less than 10 months. Now I have four beautiful columns and no cover. Spend a little more money and buy something designed to last outdoors. This product is not.

We just got 2 feet of snow in Colorado. Of course we forgot to remove our canopy so the heavy snow bent our poles and shredded our canopy. I have ordered replacement parts today with the manuf. 1-800-457-4652, they were very helpful w/what model I have and i ordered replacement parts very quickly. Do not order your replacement canopy thru Garden Winds, go straight to this number. They will
'fit' and you will have more confidence working with them.
The canopy was $ the poles almost same $ for all 8 poles and the fittings. We have our columns mounted to concrete so they are fine.
