The dispenser is cute, but does not function properly. It worked with water but not with soap or lotion. Since this is only available on line it's to much trouble to send it back for a replacement. We ended up going out and buying another pump bottle to switch out the pumps .

Mine does not pump at all. I received this as a gift - sending it back would be a huge headache.

The pump itself is plastic - it doesn't look as nice in person as it does in the pictures. There is no way to take the assembly apart for repair. Finding another one to fit this bottle is going to take some time.

Save yourself the aggravation - buy something else.
