This swing has SAVED my life. My son loves this swing!. It's comfortable (very Soft). My son loves the mirror and the attached "friends" he reaches for them and talks to them. He loves the sounds and music. You're able to adjust the volume so it's never to loud. He even sleeps in his swing at times. He is now 5 months, we've been using it since we brought him home from the hospital. I'm so thankful for the the straps because he is moving and reaching alot more. It's actually time for us to part with it. It will be sad because we both LOVED this swing. If they made an adult version I would buy it in a minute.

My baby is 3 months now and still uses this swing. It is pretty and plush. We have only had to change the batteries once since she was born. At first it was a little fast for I think because she was under 6lbs but now the lowest setting is perfect. She loves talking to the lambs and stars. Also a big plus is that it the legs fold together and can fit in her closet.

We absolutely LOVE this swing. Our 3 month old got this as a "coming home" gift from the hospital. She has severe acid reflux and sleeps in this swing every night. I will add a word of caution though... You MUST buy rechargable batteries for this swing. One thing I will never understand is why Fisher Price made their "top of the line" swing with no plug in! Other than that we could not be happier with our purchase. Money very well spent! I highly recommend it for babies needing to take a nap, babies with reflux, or just for babies to play/relax in. LOVE IT!

My daughter LIVES in this swing. She enjoys the motion and when she is restless, I can always calm her with the music. The fabric is soft and the angle of the swing is comfortable. I never have to worry about feeding my childs legs through holes or her head not being supported.

The only drawback is that it is battery operated. We had to change the batteries after two weeks.

This swing is the best thing I bought for my baby. My baby loves the side to side swinging motion, and it puts him right to sleep. He loves the mobile, but I wish it had brighter colors like the rainforest swing. I chose this one over the rainforest swing because it has a full seat. Whereas, the rainforest swing has a seat with a plastic bottom, but then the back is just fabric. I also wish it had a plug in like the rainforest. But overall, this is the best money spent.

I was so excited to get this swing. My husband and I put it together before our daughter was born. When we first got her home we'd often let her sleep in it so we could keep an eye on her in our living room. At first it seemed to move a little fast, even on the lowest setting. She never seemed to like swinging in it. She'd only look at the lights and butterflies for a little while. When we put my daughter in daycare, at 4 and 1/2 months, I told them that she didn't seem to like her swing. They have one there, that has brighter colors, and a nice steady motion. She seems to love it. Although the swing is very pretty, I think babies prefer the brighter colors. I've see the new version of this swing, with dark brown flowers. Maybe babies will prefer the contrast in that version.

My baby wouldn't sleep in the bassinet at first, so we put him in the swing and after just a couple of nights, he was sleeping 4 consecutive hours! This is by far the best thing I got for the baby, hands down; just be prepared to buy a LOT of D batteries...

So I bought sweet peace and had it for a month before my son was born. I read the reviews and took my chance on getting a defective unit. Well it was bad so I took it back to Target and got this swing. I forgot batteries so I scavenged the house and found enough in other toys we weren't using yet. I put my fussy 4 week old in the swing while I installed the batteries and just gave it a push. He fell asleep before the batteries were in. I left it off and just let him be. It kept lightly swinging for about 5 more minutes before it stopped. He NEVER fell asleep in the sweet peace, in fact he cried after 5 minutes in it. I don't know why but he does love this swing.

I recently bought this swing for my almost 2 1/2 month old daughter. She absolutley loves it! The side to side motion is the main feature I bought it for. When I am in the living room watching TV and rocking her to sleep in the recliner I can easily just go slip her into this swing and she will sleep for 2 hours. She also loves to look at the big mirror globe and the animals that circle around the top. I have the older versiont hat they discontinued in 2007. This is the newer one. The motor on mine is weird and sometimes the swing wont swing correct. I have to push it and then the motor catches on. I ordered a new motor from Mattel for free because of the 2 yr warranty and everything is good. I have read a lot about the motors dying but other than that it is the best swing yet!! Very much worth the money

We got this swing from a friend after our son was born. She had used it through both of her kids. Our son LOVED it. I couldn't have gotten through those beginning months without it (my son didn't like to sleep at first). It was so great I would recommend it to anyone. It made it through 3 kids and was still kicking. The battery life is good too! We only changed the batteries maybe 3 times in the first 6 months (he doesn't use it anymore). As long as you don't leave your kid in it all day and just use it normally the battery life is great. It's very easy to get your child in and out of too. I will be buying a new one for my next child and am sure I will love it just as much. Definitely recommend!
