We had a fisher price aquarium swing- motor burnt out- 2 free replacement motors sent by fisher price- both had something different wrong with them. Fisher price then sent full refund on that swing so we could get this new one. We are very pleased so far with this swing. Good battery life and you don't even have to turn on the moving mobile because it wiggles on its own when swinging so can save battery life there! The mirror in the globe entertains as well with no battery usage needed! The music is beautiful and I love to listen to it myself! Swing is strong and sturdy...it has no trouble swinging my 18 lb 7 month old baby girl and that's not even on the highest speed yet!! The seat is comfortable and well padded- very plush and soft to the touch. The toys are a little bland- not colorful so we just added some of our own colorful toys for our baby to play with...easy! Tray comes on and off easily...seatbelt can easily accomodate chubby tummies...we also like that the seat can lay way back for tiny newborns and sleeping babies or sit up really well for older babies who want to play. We really love this swing and our little princess does too! This swing is going to outsell every other one because it is soooo nice.

We got this swing off of our registry and have used it everyday since our daughter came home. She was born premature, so she didn't quite weigh enough to use the swing part for a couple of weeks (otherwise the swing went too fast for her) but she loved the music. She also slept in the swing every night. For some reason the seat kept her tiny tummy from pushing all of her food out. So the only bad things now is trying to get her NOT to sleep in the swing, but in her crib instead. The only complaint that I have is that the motor is somewhat loud and annoying. It doesn't keep her up, but it does bother my light sleeping husband. We have used it a lot and still haven't had to change the batteries, which is great. All in all, this is the best thing that I got for our daughter, and its simply beautiful.

I recieved this swing as a gift at my baby shower. My daughter absolutely loved it. I'm a single mom so sometimes finding a way to do things while she was awake was difficult. I could just put her in the swing and turn the lights on and then I could get done what I needed to. I put her in it til she was probably 6 months old and she still loved it. It always worked great for me. The option to plug it in the wall is wonderful. I would suggest this swing to anyone. It was one of the greatest baby gifts I recieved.

This swing is a must have expecially if you have other children you need to tend to. I put my daughter in this swing at 3 days old and she loved it. It is a snug secure fit for newborns. I am able to get some things done around the house while she is warm and safe! WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

We bought an earlier version of this swing when our son was 10 days old. It was one of the only ways we could put him down without any crying. It swings in two directions, side to side and foward to back, which helped, because our son went through phases of needing to be rocked one way or another. It did go through batteries quickly, and it takes several of the bigger type (D's I think) especially if we used the music or sounds. It was worth it despite the battery usage.

I was so excited to get this for my baby girl! She is now 2 months old, and I hate this swing. It is LOUD, it swings kinda fast, the lights and moving butterflies decide when it wants to work. I have to keep turning it on and off, and pray that it works.

Pass this one up..it's a huge waste of money! It's only going to add gray hair to your head trying to get it to work.

I spent a lot of money on this swing and after using it for two months the swing barely works at all. I have replaced the batteries several times thinking this was the problem and it was not. Something is wrong with the motor. Many times I read reviews on products and realize the problem is not the product, it is "operator error" (as my husband likes to call it.) With this swing it is not, it is just a poorly made product!! Now I am going to have to go out and purchase a new swing.... I would not buy this swing again!!

Well this swing is very nice. I actually had the rainforest version of it, but it is the same thing. I loved all the settings, sounds, speeds. Unfortunately, my son did not. After 2 months he wanted nothing to do with it.

My advice would be wait to have your child, get an idea of their personality and see if they would enjoy something like this. Mine loved to interact with his toys and needed something more hands on, and this just was not it.

Fine product though, no problems with it at all, and very easy set up.

We have all loved this swing since we got it. It is very soft, cute, functional and comfortable for baby. Lots of different features like cradle swinging and front-to-back swinging, different music and nature sounds, plus the cute projections. It was a few months until my niece who was visiting figured out and showed us how to recline it though. It was kinda difficult. We use it in plug-in mode, a major reason for buying the swing. However, after about 2 months, it barely moves at all. Pretty pricey for a swing that doesn't last long. Also, the music, as cute as it is, REALLY sounds like baby funeral music (if there is such a thing) and is a little creepy. That's just my opinion. I guess it's because of the organ in combination with the other musical instruments used to create the songs.

This thing was a LIFESAVER those first few months, and still is great for an 8 month old! This would put her to sleep in less than 2 minutes anytime we put her in there. Even when she woke up she was so content in the swing that she would coo and babble for a long time.
