I loved this swing for my son because the seat looked so comfortable and snuggly. I also liked the dual motion of it. However, it only has 2 seat positions, either laying all the way down or about half way up. That's it. At 4 months old, my son was wanting to sit up further and would topple over on his side because the seat wasn't there to support him. So to keep him in it, I have to keep it in the laying down position which makes him mad. So I payed $130 for a swing that I was able to really use for about 3 months. I love fisher price products and really like the concept of this swing, but there are some flaws they need to work out.

My daughter LOVES this swing! She is 7 weeks and has started smiling and trying to laugh...and let me tell you-she lays in this swing and cracks up at the butterflies! I swear she tries to talk to them! I love that you can change the direction of the swing (side to side vs. front to back)..and it's very convenient being able to plug it in rather than blow through batteries. It's also nice how far it lays back..and it has a ton of cushion to it so you know baby is super comfortable! I was a little hesitant to put it on my registry because of the price..but my girlfriends pitched in for it and I'm so glad I received it! It's worth every penny!

My baby LOVES this swing! We have another travel swing that got good reviews, but our son hates it. He's seven weeks old and as soon as he gets in this swing, crying stops and he calms down. He loves looking in the mirror above him and I think he's much more content in this swing since it completely reclines and because it "cradles" him better. We've had no problems with the quality and we just rock our son on the lowest setting.

My daughter loves this swing. The light show doesnt really entertain her but the music is one of the best parts. She loves the tunes and the fact that i can turn the volume up and down is great. I have the swing in between the living room and kitchen. so i turn her to swing side to side to watch me in the kitchen and i turn her to swing back and forth to watch me in the living room. I dont have to move the swing around all the time. I am going to say this, its a large swing so if you are looking for something space saving and small this is not it. It sooo cute and works great even with my little chunky girl. My two best friends also had the neutral swing and they used the heck out of it.

I wish I had known about this swing from the get go. My baby is a preemie and would not let us put her down for long with out getting very upset. This got worse the older she gets. She is now 13 weeks old. Neither a bouncy seat or traditional swing helped. With the papasan swing, she is content and well-entertained long enough for me to grab something to eat or get a shower when I am home alone. As soon as I put her in it, she starts to smile. I love that there are so many options and settings. . .I can't see my baby getting bored with it any time soon. Also great is the seat itself. It's VERY cushy and plush; serving as sort of a nest for the baby to sit in. The colors are nice. . .works for either a boy or girl and pretty much any decor. Last but not least, this swing is easy to put together. . . I did it solo in about 20 minutes. Love it!!!

My son loved this swing! He's a very long baby, and outgrew the swing by about 4-5 months. I was able to wash the cover and pass the swing along to a friend who recently had a baby - I would recommend this item, just know that if your baby is long he/she won't be able to use it very long.

We borrowed this from a friend who had lent this out to another friend...so it has been used for 3 different babies. My daughter was very colicy and wouldn't sleep in her crib. She slept 10-12 hours every night in this swing until she was 6 months old & we were able to transition her into her crib. My only regret is that I didn't have it for my older son.

After buying a comparable Graco swing (or two which both broke and target gladly let us return) we got this swing and our son LOVES it... when he's fussy and nothing seems to soothe him, this swing does the trick. It's very comfortable and the mobile with mirror seems to be like a magnet, he just stares at it and smiles.

We couldn't have done without the swing. You need somewhere to put your baby between holding him and the crib, this is perfect. He loved the rocking (both ways). He also has reflux. This was great for naps when it was bad (because they are slightly upright). This was probably one of our best baby purchases.
