I was amazed at the performance of this vaccuum. I am currently rent a house that i've been in for 3 years, so the carpet is of low quality and after a while the carpet wears badly and begins to look dirty. The first time that i used the dyson the look of my carpets improved dramatically. I will never buy another vaccuum again!! I actually had to call customer service the first day i got it because I broke a belt by catching it on a plastic bag. They were extremely helpful, and instructed me to exchange the vaccuum then once I had registered to call and have them send me a belt for back up. The only reason it broke is because it has teeth on it versus other vaccuums that are flat.

I love this vacuum! After reading all the positive reviews, I bit the bullet and bought this one. I put it together when I got home and was amazed! I was extremely impressed with the attachments it came with. My son's floor is probably the cleanest room in the house and after one sweep around the room...I had to empty the container. I was amazed at what it picked up. I had to empty the canister twice while vacuuming my bedroom. And emptying the canister is so easy! My carpet now looks like it was professionally cleaned! I've only used it once so far, but I would definitely recommend it! Well worth the money! I've had the worst luck with vacuums and it looks like I finally hit the nail on the head with this one!

This is the best vacuum I've ever owned. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. We vaccum our carpets regularly. When we got this we gave it a try and it was almost full after doing our master bedroom and bath. One downfall - you'll be disgusted at how dirty you were living before you had it! Well worth the money! Plus it has a 5 year warranty!

I am 70 years old...have owned many vacuum's and believe me this is the best vacuum ever. Powerful great on carpet and wood floors! It is well worth the money.
