It works. April 20, 2008 Reviewer:  Mother of Two "AJ" (Kansas)  See all my reviews >

I'm okay with the product - low fan is quiet and high fan is a little too loud - if there were a medium, it would be perfect. Frustrated b/c I can't seem to find the filter refill and don't want to have to order them. hard to trust the "invisible" mist but know it works b/c the water level does go down. I'm not running out to buy another but will research more next time.

smell April 11, 2008 Reviewer:  GMCmom "GMCmom" (Bronx, NY)  See all my reviews >

I was careful to not leave water in it all day and the filter would last every 2 weeks. I bought the cleaning cartridge thinking it would make it last longer. Now I've been changing it every 2 days. The filter looks fine but when you turn the unit on and have your nose up close it smells like bad feet. The only thing that masked it was spraying Lysol. Think about how it would smell if you had wet clothes lying around for 2 days and that's what the filter is like. The only thing I liked was it is quiet, doesn't leak if you have it on correctly, and is a nice fine mist.

It works, what more can you ask for... March 12, 2008 Reviewer:  D. Moriarty "DM" Real Name (Poulsbo, WA, USA)  See all my reviews >

I have had this humidifier for a while. All humidifiers can cause that musty smell if the room is carpeted or an older house. It works for my children and you can get the filters from KAZ or Protec online or at Rite Aid and I am sure many other drug stores. Its got a few parts to clean unlike my other Vicks humidifier (a different model). I do like the fewer parts to clean. The filter is kinda big and somewhat expensive.

Inconvenient February 15, 2008 Reviewer:  Chicago Mom See all my reviews >

I bought it for my son's room. The filter goes bad quickly and the room smells musty. I did clean it every day as recommended. The filters are not available anywhere so you have to order it online directly from the manufacturer and it takes 10 days to receive. Avoid it at all cost as it is very inconvenient.

Very Quiet & Good Buy February 9, 2008 Reviewer:  Chase's Mom (Lexington, KY)  See all my reviews >

My 3 1/2 month old recently had RSV and I had to purchase a humidifier. I decided on this one even though it did not have grand reviews. I am glad I did! It is so quiet and does a great job in my son's room. I have not had any problems with leaks, but I do keep a towel under it just in case. I would recommend this to anyone. I do have one complaint, which I believe has been mentioned, hard to find replacement filters. Which isn't a negative against how the product works, but more so a knock against the store.

Never Had a Problem January 30, 2008 Reviewer:  C. S. Vrba "New Mom to Daniel Jonathan" Real Name (New England, USA)  See all my reviews >

I've never had a problem using this humidifier; it's easy to disassemble and reassemble and I've never had any leakage or breakage issues. I always put a towel under just in case, however. My issue is that nobody seems to carry the replacement filters... what a hassle.

I tried :( January 29, 2008 Reviewer:  2007 Reviewer "2007 Reviewer" (Dewitt, NY United States)  See all my reviews >

This humidifier is a pain. The top does not fit well in the unit and the filter, so far, I can only get it online not through target. They get discolored right away. So I went through 3 filters in less than 2 mos. :( SO now I spent money for nothing! :( I should have gotten the more expensive unit.

Don't waste you're time or money!! January 27, 2008 Reviewer:  Mom of 13mo. old baby boy "Jennifer McGee" (North Carolina)  See all my reviews >

I bought this product a few weeks ago for my 13 month old son. Every time I pick it up to move it and there is water in the tank it seriously leaks. It's soaked my carpet three or four times now. The filter is already brown and it feels like the only thing it's doing is blowing out cold air! My son has been sleeping with it on the high setting for a few weeks now and he just got a new cold 2 days ago, so it's obviously not doing that great of a job. If I hadn't already thrown the box away it would definately be going back to target!!

I think this humidifier is badly designed. The mechanical engineer who designed this should be fired. I bought it two hour ago and already packed it up to be returned. If the water tank does not sit properly on the base, the water will leak out of a hole at the bottom of the unit. Obviously they knew about this problem and drilled a hole into the base unit to let the water out and not let it get into the electrical unit which could cause a fire. The filter also sat in the water cup and soaked wet which easily caused moles to grow over time. Terible product. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Not the greatest January 24, 2008 Reviewer:  Andrea S (Wisconsin)  See all my reviews >

I have had a ton of humidifiers still trying to find one I really like. This one was great, it made just enough "white" noise to block out my dogs and the rest of my family. The problem I have is the dumb filters for these things. They say you only need to change them every 3 months, or when there is build up or tear. Well I was changing it every 2 weeks, and had to buy the replacement online. I even used the "cleaning" liquid. I am now trying a filter free Holmes from Target. So far so good.
