I've never owned rain boots before so this is my first pair. I got them today but haven't worn them yet outside in the rain. I agree that these run large. I normally wear a 7.5 shoe and sometimes an 8 in boots. I ordered a 6 and think a 7 would have been too loose and big. The 6 fits the length & width of my foot perfectly but it feels a little tight, not uncomfortable, across the top of my foot more towards the ankles. I think it needs to be in order to keep them from sliding off your feet as you walk. Not sure if I could wear really thick wool socks with these but a regular cotton pair is just fine. If you want to wear thick socks order the 7. Construction seems pretty solid for the money and the rubber thick enough. The liner is a little thin but adequate. The metal buckle seems ok, a little hard to move but I don't think you need to. Just set it to the width you want and leave it be. They do have a slight rubber smell (after all they ARE rubber) but it will wear off. Overall I think they're pretty comfy and really cute. They'll be perfect for walking to the train and keeping my feet & pant legs dry in both rain and snow. Although I'm not sure they would be warm enough for snow. I'm happy with them as long as they don't leak!

I bought these boots to match the Merona raincoat. Although the coat's quality was poor, the boot makes up for it. Cost, style and fit makes a great boot but you'll have to wear two pairs of socks for the perfect fit since the boots don't come in half sizes.

I bought these when they first came out. They were [inexpensive]. They've upped the price, but these boots are really bad. I rarely wear them, but living in Chicago, sometimes it gets really rainy and I'm short so I need to. The lining on bottom fell out after only a few wears. The lining at the back has started getting holes in it where my heels go and has caused me to get several blisters. I just added those heel protector things, but the lining is so torn that they're not sticking to the right spot. I don't think there's anything I can do to save them. What a waste of money.

I really liked these boots... until the seam in the back split. I had probably only worn them 8-10 times. I didn't expect them to be very high quality, after all they're so inexpensive. But I at least hoped they would last for the entire spring. If I had to do it again, I'd buy some higher quality rain boots somewhere else. It's not a bargain if you can only wear them a few times.

My boots leaked after a few rainy days. The water would seep in from the bottom at the balls of the feet. These are terrible. Don't waste your money.

The boots are really cute and lasted for a few weeks, but after that they sprung a leak. I had to walk around campus on a very rainy day with a soaking wet foot.

I bought two pairs of boots within 2 years because they are so poorly made. The first pair of boots split along the back of the heels. Trying to give the boots another chance, I bought these same exact boots. Now only a few wears after buying them only a few months ago, I now have a cold and wet left foot when I wear these boots to class. These boots are not good quality and the only thing that is great about them are the colors, that's it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!

I have been looking for a good pair of rain boots forever and never end up getting them each year once rainy season rolls around. I bought these this week and wore them for the first time and LOVE them! They go with everything and keep my feet dry. And, I usually wear a size 7 and bought them in a size 6 and they fit great.
I'd recommend them to anyone. Great find!

I found these at a Target store. I wear them in the morning and evening when I walk my dog, and would have worn them during the winter if they'd held up. Within a month, they had sprung a leak. A few months later, the entire heel came unglued and completely ruined the shoe. I was mad. The rainboots I had before these lasted for three years. Be careful before you buy these cheap products.
