We received this first aid kit along with another larger set. We rarely use the big kit because it is hard to carry around. This one is small and compact and fits nicely in a diaper bag. We even have space for additional medicines like mylicon and tylenol. The clippers are smaller than adult clippers and find they are easy to use. The nose sucker isn't as good as the one you get from the hospital - but haven't been able to find any other kinds out there. Thermometer is super easy to use. Medicine droppers as well.

Basically our favorite feature is that it is tiny enough to carry in your diaper bag - and if you travel or go places a lot... it is a nice thing to have.

I knew I needed to keep something on hand for the Grandbaby when he wasn't feeling well at my house. This has already come in handy and just has enough items but not too much. I added Tylenol, teething gel and a decongestant and I am set.

I have to agree with some of the other reviewers -- only the nail clippers are useful in this set (I use them all the time and like them). But you can buy those separately cheaper. Medicine droppers already come with medicine, the bulb is not good, and as for the thermometer, you'd be better of buying one that only takes a couple of seconds to measure the temperature.

I do recommend the Grooming set of the same brand.

The thermometer in this kit takes far too long to get a reading!!! And, the nail clippers are worthless--too tiny for adult hands.

The nasal aspirator/bulb that is included in this set is the BEST thing I have found for a toddler's nose. It didn't work great for my child as a baby but now that she's 2, this is by far the best suction mechanism. I'd pay [..] just for it alone.

I tried to boil the medicine dropper to sterilize and it melted. Why would Red Cross make something that you can't properly clean?!

I like the nail clippers and the little pouch...that is about it. The thermometer and the syringe do not work.

I carry this in my baby's diaper bag & it's been all I need. It's a good size too; doesn't take very much space at all!

We got this as a baby shower gift... and aren't overly impressed. Everything feels cheap, and the baby clippers are pretty darn big/not delicate.
