Perfect application

All ladders have an intended purpose. I coach soccer and this step ladder is perfect on the field. I use it to attach the goal net to the goal post, enables me to reach the cross bar with ease. It's light wieght, about 4 lbs, compact, the extended handle helps to keep balance while standing on the top step, lays down flat on the grass, no sharp edges. Perect for this type of application.

The first problem is that it is not 3.5 inches deep, it's more like 6 or 7 inches, so it wouldn't fit in the space I wanted to put it. Also the spacing between the first and second step is so big that it makes it nearly impossible for someone short (5' 3") to use it. If I hadn't already thrown out the box I would have returned it.
