I love it!

We debated much whether to buy a double stroller or not when expecting our second child. My husband heard that most older kids would not sit in the double stroller. I can see why: there is not enough space. However, I really thought I would like this one, so we bought it. My son is now 3 years old and my daughter 4 months old. We have been using this stroller since the first day we all went out. I love it!!! My son has enough room, and he loves to get on and off by himself. It is really not hard to maneuver for a double stroller. When folded it is the same size as the single travel system. I've read some complaints about the basket, that is because they are not using it right! You are not supposed to put things in it from the back...both sides of the basket have snaps that of course unsnap, and putting things in is not only a breeze, but you can fit SO much stuff! As for the baby being wobbly without the carseat, I haven't had that issue, but I'm sure all you have to do is use one of those supports for carseats, it should work just fine. This stroller is great, I wouldn't have enough hands for two kids when shopping, etc. We love it!!!

I love this stroller for small trips like dr appointments, small walks, festivals etc. Great idea however it is not good for long day adventures like the zoo or museums if your like me and have two babies who need a nap. I have a 6 mth old and a 21 mth old. I have used this stroller for 6 mths. My daughter loves to sit or stand but when its nap time theres no way for her to recline and take a nap since this stroller doesnt offer an actually "seat" in the rear.

Perfect alternative to a traditional double stroller!

I bought this stroller almost two years ago and I still say it is one of the best purchases I ever made. When I had my second child my oldest was three and he refused to sit in a traditional double stroller. I bought the sit-n-stand stroller and he thought it was so cool that he could choose to stand up or sit down and he loved that he could get on and off by himself. Also, this stroller is very easy to push for a double stroller. My kids are a combined weight of over 75 lbs and I am very petite, but I have never had a problem pushing this stroller. I love the parent tray with cup holders and the basket underneath is fairly large and easy to access from the side. This stroller is a must have!

I just purchased this stroller 2 days ago, & I'm so thrilled I did! I was very hesitant to buy it after reading the reviews...they seemed so mixed & negative. But having 2 toddlers, 2 & 3 years old, I needed something better, something to make my life easier when doing errands. I had a double stroller, something similar to the Graco Duoglider, but it was difficult to push and turn. My 3 year old daughter was too big & heavy to push around with her 2 year old brother...it was a workout and a chore. This stroller is like a Cadillac compared to my older one. It moves and turns so easily ~ I can push & turn with one hand! The best thing about it...my kids love riding in it. My daughter is still too young to hold my hand and walk while we do errands ( I think), and she doesn't like to ride in the stroller. She loved riding in this one. She could stand or sit, whatever she perferred.
Most of the reviews stated that it is difficult to fold up. It's no harder to fold up than the older one I had, which isn't difficult at all. I just found it easier to squeeze the safety handle with one hand, grab the front of the cup tray and bring it up.
I purchased this on sale, and even if it wasn't on sale, I still would've bought it. It was money well spent and a good investment. I'm very happy, pleased and satisfied with this purchase! My kids love it ~ what more could I ask for?!

Misrepresented on Target ad

On the Target ad it says that this stroller will hold a child on the rear seat with a max. weight of 80 pounds and that is not so. I ordered this stroller 4 different times as they kept sending me the Baby Trend LX which looks the same but is not. I kept asking them to check the boxes as it had a label that said Galaxy on the top but their boxes were clearly marked LX on the side. After the fourth one sent to us wrong and talking to even supervisors on 6 occasions we finally were able to reach the Baby Trend company and they told us the ad was misleading as it does not hold a child up to 80 pounds on the rear seat as specified on the ad. We needed a stroller to put a baby in the front and on the bench seat an older child weighing about 55 pounds who has spina bifida and just needed something for when his legs got tired to sit on. This was a gift to this family and we were very disappointed with this item not being what it said on the ad. If you are looking for a stroller that does that then this is not the right one. It might be good for smaller children just not what the ad states.

This is an awesome stroller. I know some people have had some problems, but I haven't had any.
To answer a previous poster's question - yes, I do believe it works with just about any infant car seat. It comes with a bar that you attach to the front (where the snack tray will go later on) that you adjust according to each infant car seat - it has the instructions on how to adjust it in the manual. I had a Graco infant car seat, then had to switch to a Graco safeseat b/c it goes up to 30 pounds when my six month old became too big for the twenty pound limit in his orginal car seat, and the bar worked great with both - no problems at all. It even snapped and clicked in like it would in a regular car seat.
I've never had a bit of a problem folding the stroller up. The only thing I've noticed is that if my three year old has been messing with the strap that goes across her and then and it's hooked when I try to close the stroller, it won't close - so just make sure the strap is unbuckled and you're good to go. I've also never had any trouble with the umbrella shade - it never kept it from folding up - I just made sure the shade was pushed down over the back bench and not the front seat, and it worked great. And it really does close one handed. My trick is to push it forward a little bit, then pull it back to you so the wheels swivel. Push the button with your thumb and squeeze the handle as you're pulling it back toward you, and it collapses! I do usually have to use my other hand to hook the little handle that keeps it closed, but it's hardly a hassle.
Also, this stroller folds up SMALLER than my first stroller - just a Graco single stroller. And it folds up smaller WITH the bar attached!
I don't think it's hard getting stuff in the bottom basket. Like others said, the sides pull out very far. Also, once the child in the front is sitting in the seat and the car seat isn't in the way, you can drop stuff right into the basket from in between the two seats. My daughter usually sets her drink and snack right there - totally easy for her to get to.
Also, I've never had any trouble with any fabric ripping or tearing. I mean, it doesn't still look brand new (I've had it for almost two years), but it in no way looks beat up or anything.
My brakes still work fine, all the buckles/straps are still intact, and it's very easy to push and manuever. I receive compliments on this all the time - on the stroller, as well as on how much my kids seem to enjoy their "buggy". I would definitely recommend this stroller. It has been a great investment for us.
P.S. I agree with some other posters - I'm about to have my third child, and I have every intention of continuing to use this stoller. It does seem sturdy enough to handle the use. Both of my kids have sat on the back bench together with no problems.
Hope this helps!

I have only been using my stroller for a couple of weeks now, but so far it works well for our situation. I have a 3 year old and a 4 week old. The car seat works great in the front and I have no complaints. My 3 year old likes the option of either sitting or standing, but needs to be buckled in all the time. She has just started a habit of bolting whenever she sees something interesting. Also, I wish it was much easier to get to the basket underneath. My diaper bag is huge right now and I have to hang it on the side because it won't fit in the basket. Overall, I would buy it again, because I don't think there is a better option for my age of kids. The back keeps me from having to lift my 30-lb kid in and out of a traditional double stroller and gives her options in her life.

Does the job!

We bought this stroller after we had our second son. We also have a 3 year old.
Over all, it's a good stroller - it does the job for what we need. It's not perfect but it is a long stroller and any stroller that is lengthy is going to be a little tougher to turn...just pick up the back end and maneuver around a tight turn - it's pretty simple really.
The front seat does pose a little bit of an issue with a baby who is not quite sitting upright perfectly yet. My 6 month old son has outgrown his infant car seat but is still wobbly when sitting upright. The front seat of the stroller either reclines back way too far or completely upright (there's no in-between) and he's too old to be laid back all that way (he screams) and he leans sideways when sitting in the upright position so I do have to use the infant car seat in the stroller for him still - which means I have to keep in the trunk of the car. It is a pain but it's only going to be for about another month or so...just for that interim period. It would be nice if the stroller had an in-between setting like our Graco single stroller has. But, again, it's only an inconvenience for maybe a month.
My biggest complaint is the "baggage compartment" beneath. The hole in the back is way too small to fit a decent size diaper bag. Most of the time it doesn't fit and I still have to carry the diaper bag on my shoulder (and it's heavy!). That's a tremendous disadvantage. Sometimes I am able to smash the bag into the compartment but it takes me 5 minutes to get it out again.
For the price we paid, it's a fine stroller. There are other "sit n stand" strollers out there but they are way more expensive and this stroller fits our wallet and does what we need it to do.

This stroller is safe enough and it does seat two children, but that is all the good things I can say about it. We have a 2-month old and a 2.5-year old. Here are my issues:
1. Almost impossible to turn. The front wheels basically have no turning radius. I usually go in front and actually pick up the front and and re-position it in the direction I want to go every time I turn.
2. The storage is not easily accessible. It is very roomy, but serves no purpose if I can't get to it.
3. The second (back seat) is very uncomfortable. My son constantly complains.
4. Not easy to open or close. If you have two kids, you probably don't have two arms and hands available to open a stroller, so I would think they could make this easier.
I definitely would not recommend this stroller and will probably get a different one myself.

My infant carrier hooks into the front seat easily and my 3-year-old can get in and out of the back with no problem. I was concerned about the size of it when I ordered it, but it has been easy to drive/turn and its not too heavy to load in my car. It has made trips to the mall and to the aquarium easier than expected with 2 small children.
