These bags are great. They are very thick so they don't rip or break. The double zipper is really good if you are freezing because you don't get freeze burnt milk. I store 5-6 ounces in each bag and don't have any trouble with them. I have never had one break. If your a breast feeding mother you know it is like liquid gold so every drop you loose is very frustrating. I would recommend these to anyone they work great and are less costly than other bags.

I have used 4 boxes of bags so far. Just this week I started defrosting them to use the milk. So far out of 6 bags 2 have leaked and my milk has gone to waist!

I absolutely LOVE these bags. I have yet to have one leak on me. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 is that the measurements on the bags are not accurate. When I pump and pour what I know to be 4 ounces in the bag, it comes to 5. Maybe that's where the others' leaking issues stem from?
Anyhoo...I'm a full-time working mom and I pump while at work and maybe sometimes at home. These are the best bags and the best value. My significant other also has no complaints. They are easy for him to thaw (in hot water, do not boil or micorwave) and they pour wonderfully into the bottle.
To the reviews who said they stopped using because the milk seperates and is hard to remove...it's simple. When you thaw, make sure you "kneed" the milk (while still in the bag ;)- like you would bread dough...this always works for us and we've never had to use anything to scrape it out.
Breastmilk isn't homogonized, so it will always seperate.
I HIGHLY recommend this to any pumping mom!

My twins were born very early, so I had to pump for 8 weeks before I could even try to breast feed them. So we stored 8 weeks of breast milk in these bags and froze them. When it came time to defrost them and use the milk, one out of every four bags leaked. And when I say leaked, I mean we lost half of the milk that was stored in the bag. I worked so hard for the pumped milk that it makes me sick to have lost that much milk because of the poor consturction of the bags. We stored 6oz of milk like suggested in each and they all leaked in the bottom corners of the bag. We finally learned we could not let the bags sit in water to defrost, because we would lose too much milk...instead we had to have the bags sit in a cup on the counter and defrost over a much longer period of time, so we could catch the milk that would leak from the bottom corner of the bags.
We now use the bpa free 2oz plastic bottles to store our milk. Yes, we have to use a lot more to store the milk, but we have had zero leaks and zero milk loss. And as I said before, I work way too hard for my breast milk.

I have used Medela and Gerber brand and they never leaked but when I switched to Lansinoh, they leaked very often at the seam. I'm so disappointed.

I've tried Medela, Lansinoh, Gerber, and Playtex. The Playtex ones are just horrible, they don't even have a way to close. They suggest using a rubber band or twisty-tie to close them... Never had a big problem with the Gerber ones, a few of them leaked out the bottom corners, but about 3 a box of 45.
The Medela ones I didn't have any problems with, however they're crazy expensive. Almost ....bucks a pack of 50 where I am. For half the price for the same amount of the Medela, and about a dollar more for five more bags than the Gerber ones, Lansinoh's definitely the way to go.
I love these bags, after my trial and error run on all the big brands, I've been using these for over 3 months now. Had *maybe* 2 or 3 leaks in that time, about 150 bags. Bottles are nice because they are reusable, but take up so much space and take FOREVER to thaw and heat up when frozen, since the milk can't really space out for the hot water to heat it all at the same time. These bags are so much faster. Go from completely frozen, to warmed up and ready to go in less than 10 mins!

These are my favorite storage bags of all the ones I have used. For the price these are the best. The double zipper seal ensures no spilled milk. Really do not recommend the gerber ones (I had multiple spills with that one). Only other ones that come close to these are the medella just because they have the tape strap to pump and store in 1 step.

I have used the Gerber and Medela bags and the Lasinoh are the best. The Medela only holds 5oz and it is a tight 5oz, not to mention they are pricey. The Gerber zippers pull right off the bag if you are not careful with them. The Lasinoh bags are thicker than the Gerber bags and I like the double zipper. And they also hold more milk than the Medela bags.
