My husband and I bought this for our 4 year old son's birthday. We were looking for something very durable, because our son is VERY TOUGH on toys. This big wheel so far has been through alot of tests. He has now mastered doing 360's on it. Our son is very proud of it and will ride it for hours. This is a very well built big wheel and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone. I hope that it will live up to the standard of the old big wheels that we grew up with. We love it so far.

The Big Flyer is AWESOME. Got 2 today for my 4 year old twin boys and they love them. We previously bought cheaper big wheels and what a mistake that was. These are built very sturdy. You can tell just buy putting them together that they are high quality. My boys love them. Thanks Radio Flyer.

We bought this big wheel after researching reviews on others, as a Christmas gift for our 3 1/2 year old son. This was an easy choice being that it sounds that the "original big wheel" is a piece of junk! We are VERY happy with this purchase. It was a fairly easy put-together, which Santa appreciated at 2am Christmas morning. We both grew up with big wheels, and were almost as excited as our son was on Christmas morning! The design is perfect, it looks as great as it works. Our son braved the pouring rain Christmas morning and put it through the test, up and down hills, through puddles and over bumps. It has solid construction and well worth the extra money compared to other big wheels. The flag is a cool accessory, and as my husband noted, also a great safety feature; serving to increase visibility for cars. There aren't a lot of decals and stickers, perfect for our son, who got it soaked the first 5 minutes he was out on it. We would highly recommend this big wheel, and it looks like it will last for a long time, with the seat adjustment enabling it to move back 2 more notches, and probably accommodate his growth for at least 3 more years! Radio Flyer proves again to only put out the best!

I ordered this for my 3-1/2 year old grandson. He thinks it's awesome--really cool! This reminded me of the original big wheels--durable, easy to handle, low to the ground for safety. The first thing he learned to do was make it slide around and make sharp turns without falling off. He wanted a cushion for the seat behind his back--said it hurt his butt. Grandma made him a cushion that fit over the seat and was secured underneath with velcro.
He loved it. It's an excellent riding toy for the price in today's market.

We bought this for my 5 year old and he loves it however the back of the seat is uncomfortable for him. He ended up with bruises on his lower back. He now rides with a garden kneeling pad between him and the back of the seat.

We bought this for my grandson's 4th birthday. It is very well made and not "plastic" feeling or quality. He loves it.

I only rated the Big Wheel Flyer 3 stars because my wife and I just put it together the other night. We have not given it to our grandson yet because it is for his birthday on Oct 20. If people are not use to assembling toys I think they will have a problem. We feel our grandson who will be 6 will have much use of this big wheel. It assembled fairly easily and we think he will have a good time with it.
