my 8 year old daughter got the fly pen last year for xmas, along with this software. she totally loves that she can create and record her own musical tunes, and show them off to all her friends! She has almost all the software for the fly pen, and she loves it all. I'm actually surprised to see it going on clearance now... makes me wonder why leapfrog is doing away with such a great product!?

this is wonderful it teaches my teens how to play GOOD music because there band is HORRIBLE

I would get this. My daughter purchased it and it is really fun. The only problem is, if you have a young child they will annoy you with their annoying music. This is great if you know how to play notes on a piano because then they can play those notes and add a beat to them and all sorts of fun stuff. Great toy.
