I love the set but after only just 2 washings, the batting has bunched up into balls (as someone else had mentioned) and makes the quilt feel rough. I think it might have shrunk as well.

This is such a cute set! My son loves it and I do too. I bought the quilt set, sheets, sham, throw pillow and lamp.
They are really nice quality. Very cute and a great price.
I chose this over an [upscale retailer's] set. It's just as nice if not nicer.

I don't know why I thought my quilt would be "the one" that would wash up nicely, but boy was I wrong! My quilt arrived today and because of all the negative reviews I decided I better wash it right away to see what would happen. Delicate cycle, commercial washer, cold water, low-heat dryer... all followed to the letter and it STILL is a pile of lumps. It makes me sick to look at it. I hope Target stands behind their product because this is going right back to the store! I have the toddler bed set and it is adorable. Everything is soooo soft. I bought the twin sheets and I guess I'll have to find a solid quilt or comforter to use. I'm not even going to try the comforter that goes with this set. Just my luck, it would turn into a pile of lumps, too. Do what I should have done and LISTEN to the reviews!

I bought this 4 mos ago for my 2 yr olds bed and I love it so far. I didnt buy the sheets to match, but the comforter looks great and I have washed it a few times with no problems. I follow the directions thoroughy when washing too and add a scoop of oxiclean to keep colors bright

I was surprised when I opened the quilt to see the bottom 8 inches was plaid. The picture shows the quilt tucked in...so I figured it was all the same pattern. Still cute, but it would have been nice to see the whole quilt.

I wanted to let all of the frustrated parents know that there is a full size quilt available in the Target store itself. I just bought the twin, but had a full in my hands at first. I, like many other moms wish it came with a bedskirt. I am currently online looking for a plain blue one that will coordinate with the bedding. Ditto on the comment about the vallances being so thin. I don't think it matters much with blinds underneath, though. Great set, great price!!

I bought this quilt set for my 2 year old son and we love it. The colors are vivid and quite beautiful. I plan to buy more of the accessories in the near future.

Ordered this for my 3 year old son and it looks so cute in his room. I had no problem with it balling up in my washer like others did (although I have only washed it 1 time so far). I also bought the sheet set and together they look great. Very boyish!!!

We just bought this set for our 2yr old's big boy bedroom and can't wait to surprise him with it. The quilt is soft and so are the pillows. All of the coordinating items make it easy to put an entire room together. I am sure the quilt will be fine with careful washing- but now that I have read the reviews about it I will be sure to follow the wash instructions carefully. The bunching is probably caused by some parts shrinking while others do not- which can be avoided by hang drying the quilt then putting it in the dryer on low for a bit to soften it up. Anyway, we have plans to paint the walls with a sky and grass color and paint a road and put the car stickers up. I can't wait! I am sure he will enjoy it for years to come.
