I get tons of compliments on how cute this bag is, but from the moment I purchased it, it's been a problem; I should have returned it to the store. The shoulder straps constantly separate from the bag when it's on my shoulder, even though it appears to be secure. This happens when the only thing in the bag is the DVD player. Good luck.
