I have been on Alli since 10/01/2008 and started Weight Watchers the same day and to date have lost 25 pounds. If you are really commited to losing weight this product will work for you. I love Alli and continue using this product because I have 25 pounds more to lose for my 50 pound goal. I will also continue Alli to help maintain my weight.

I have been on this product since Oct. 2008. I have lost 40lbs since then and plan on losing another 20-25 by this years end. I researched this product very well, especially after I heard about the "treatment effects" that CAN happen taking Alli. Easy remedy...just do not exceed the fat intake they recommend for you personally (get on their website for extensive information and guidance) and change the way you eat and exercise...very simple stuff. No problems if you do what they say. Lost big in the beginning months...3-5 lbs, then it has been consistently 1-2 lbs every week and it is the best feeling seeing that kind of weight loss. SLOW and STEADY wins the race, right? This is the first time I have been able to drop weight each week like this and now I have changed the way I eat, use the Alli book with so many wonderful recipes to enjoy, and my family enjoys them with me. I have great confidence that you, when following Alli's complete instructions, will have successful weight loss and gain confidence and a better overall outlook on the way you look and feel.

This product has really worked for me. I have been taking it for 5 months and have lost 20 lbs with a proper diet and exercise. As long as you don't eat too much fat there should be no problem with side effects. I give it a thumbs up and will continue to take it.

I am very happy with this product. I purchased this product on 8/21/2009 and have already lost 10 lbs. I have also been working out about 5-6 days per week and watching my fat and calorie intake so that I stay within the recommended range. I have been trying to stay at 1400 calories per day and no more than 15 grams of fat per meal. I am happy to say that I have not experienced any of the dreaded "treatment effects". Once I heard about Alli, it took me about a year before I actually tried it because I was so worried about possible treatment effects, but now I am wondering why I waited so long. I definitely plan to keep on taking Alli to reach my goal and for weight maintenance once my goal has been reached.

works pretty good. it is necessary to be close to a bathroom at all times while taking this product. i haven't lost a bunch of weight but i have lost a few pounds so far and still trying.

It works and you must take them as ordered. I have lost weight with it's help. I only wish the price was lower.

Some people are so worried about the "treatment effects" and saying that you need to stay by the bathroom at all times, but this is soooo NOT true. Trust me. I have been taking this product for several weeks now and I do not have ANY "treatment effects". I'm not saying that these side effects will not happen to you - they very well could, especially if you eat too much fat. But, keep in mind that even one of the little books that comes with the Alli Starter Kit says that over 50% of people who are using Alli do not have "treatment effects" at all. So, just know that it's possible for you to not have them at all, like me. And, to be honest, I may have gone over my fat limit by 1 or 2 grams on a couple meals, but still did not have the side effects. Every "body" is different. Give it a try. There are no side effects like dizziness, fast heart rate, etc., like Hydroxycut and others. It's almost like you're taking a laxative, but it's removing the fat, too. Anyway, that's my two cents. Take it or leave it. But I highly recommend this product!! :)
