Great Drying Rack!!! January 30, 2009 Reviewer:  MCH "MCH" (Biggest Little State in the Union)  See all my reviews >

I must say I bought this one to replace my wooden one which was terrible. This one looks really nice and it performs the job it was made to do. It is SUPER EASY to assemble and screws together (by hand). I have had mine for almost 2 years and not one piece has ever fallen off. The ends can come loose from the movement and pressure of use (normal not a flaw). I periodically (twice a year) tighten the ends. Takes 2 seconds folks!!! I fill it every week with heavy sweaters, delicates, pants with usually 6 or more adult items. It is perfect. I never used the mesh that enables you to lay something flat on it, I just use it to hang up clothes that I do not want to dry. I was actually on Target to purchase another one as a gift for my mom (I saw she has a horrible wooden one) because I like it so much. I saw the bad reviews and had to add mine. I have to say 2 years and going strong here. Love it, Love it, Love it.

I would recommend this product

Flimsy, cheap, avoid June 16, 2009 Reviewer:  Joe Sample (California)  See all my reviews >

I had mine for about 1 month, and it worked decently well. Then when I set a wet gi top on it, it collapsed like an accordion. If you're going to use it only to dry light, delicate stuff, you'll probably be OK. If you're going to dry anything remotely heavy, avoid like the plague.

broke easily June 29, 2009 Reviewer:  mighty mama (dallas, tx)  See all my reviews >

I too have found this to be very flimsy. I used it a few times w/o problem, then hung a few bathing suits on it to dry and it collapsed and broke -- it's useless now. terrible product

Junky January 24, 2009 Reviewer:  Jennie (Austin, TX USA)  See all my reviews >

I bought this because I thought it looked attractive and I liked the idea of the metal being coated. But it is piece of junk. Pieces keep on breaking off, it is flimsy, and it now leans to one side. This all happened within a few weeks of owning it. Forget how attractive this is -- go for something of better quality.

The wife loved it ! January 15, 2009 Reviewer:  Warehouse Willy "BILL" (NY)  See all my reviews >

This was an easy assembly . I pulled it from the box , twisted on each of the blue egg shaped screws , and BINGO : "a new designer drying rack was born" . I did take a few extra moments to stretch on the mesh shelves but when all was done , the wife was happy . Michael Graves made this simple rack with cool simple silver legs and blue accents.
As long as you use this as a clothes rack and don't let the kids climb all over it , you have a nice product . I'd recommend this .

Aesthetically pleasing but has design flaws November 5, 2008 Reviewer:  B. Cheng Real Name See all my reviews >

Pluses:
Netting system is great.
Assembly is easy and metal parts fit well together.
Minuses:
Rack stands up when the TWO plastic hooks at the very top are in place. However, each plastic hook breaks easily at the point where a metal screw secrues the hook to the metal bar. Considering how much weight is placed on each hook, the hooks should have been made of metal instead.

This rack is [price]. The above change should cost less than [price] when done right and will make the rack much more durable.

Not Durable October 5, 2009 Reviewer:  MLB (Minneapolis, MN)  See all my reviews >

The plastic hook keeping the unit from collapsing broke after about one year of use. We kept it assembled most of the time so it was not subject to repeated set up and take down. It did have nice features such as optional mesh shelves, but the durability was far less than expected.

Broken September 1, 2009 Reviewer:  CS See all my reviews >

Looks good but lasted several months before it broke apart entirely. Don't bother getting this rack.

Love it! March 27, 2009 Reviewer:  MB from SB (South Bend, IN)  See all my reviews >

I am actually in the process of buying a second rack for my mom because I love mine so much. While the screws may come lose if I move the rack around a lot, they only take a few seconds to re-secure. I have never had a hook break off. I can always fit all the clothes I need to dry on the rack.

All show, no go December 6, 2008 Reviewer:  Unhappy customer (USA)  See all my reviews >

This dryer rack is poorly made. We had many challenges with assembly. Many of the screws were poorly made and did not thread well. Some of them, didn't thread at all. We also had problems with the netting. One of the net shelves had a hole in it. The other was not cut or stitched properly, so it didn't work at all. Quality control is very poor and the price is high.

I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
