this product is better than smash box and costs way less, its perfect it controls the oil all day and leaves your complexion looking clean and fresh, goes really well with my id foundation...would recommend it to ayone that has oily skin

I have very oily skin for my age, and I've been frustrated looking for SOMETHING that would actually allow me to make it through the day without all of my makeup sheeting off... well, I do still have to blot about once, but I say its definitely worth it to use this product on a daily basis. Nothing I've tried before has worked as well.

I don't usually wear much makeup, but when I do, shine control is always an issue. I have super oily skin. I did my own makeup for my wedding, and bought this. It kept me shine free all day. I love, love , love it.

I have REALLY REALLY oily skin and this is the only primer that has made a difference. I still need to blot during the day but instead of every 3 hours I only need to once at lunch. I can tell such a difference on days I skip this. This product is far superior to other dept store brands, Smashbox etc don't even come close!

I have tried so many different oil control products... this is the only one that I have had continued positive results with..I would and have recommened this. For [the price] give it a try.

Recently I bought this primer and the boots no7 intelligent balance mousse foundation. My skin stays looking great all the way until evening when I put it on at 6a.m. I have oily skin, and the shine is reduced greatly with this primer. It works better than a lot more expensive ones. The foundation is also great. Very lightweight and great coverage without looking cakey.

I wish I could gloat about this as the other reviews have but this product worked horribly. When I first apply it, it is very mattifying, but then I think it makes my pores so dry that my skin sweats a ton as soon as I apply my makeup. Even trying to put my powder on was bad b/c my skin was wet already, and I do NOT normally have this issue except maybe on the most humid days of summer. After using this for four days or so I stopped, then my skin was fine again and stopped sweating. Ew! I did get this on clearance so maybe it was expired and that's why it didn't work, but I'm not spending my money on any more. I have a fair complexion and oily skin, but relatively free of major breakouts except blackheads and the ocassional whiteheads. I would NOT recommend this product.

I got this after having my makeup done professionally and seeing a girl use a costly product. it works great, especially on the t-zone, and lasts a good 4-5 hours, especially in the heat or humidity. removes easily with a toilette. Love it! It really gives you a more polished, easy look worn under foundation!
