My 4 year old loves this game & is completely hooked. This game introduces many concepts (like dealing with money, tending a garden, romancing animals, etc.) to children in a cute & fun way. I highly rate this game for the entire family.

As a response to previous reviews I felt I must redeem this game in the eyes of the Target customer. This game is excellent in many facets, for both children and an adult audience. For children the game's circle of life motifs are very educational while encouraging patience as they learn to tend both plants and animals. As an adult myself (without kids) I am entirely addicted to the game. From caring for your existing animals to figuring out how to attract new ones it's kept me entertained for weeks. (currently I'm at level 76) The money in the game is not the point other than in helping you get new things for new animals. Overall the game is one of my favorites and the visualizations are stunning, fun, and inventive.

I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO CULTIVATE MY LAND SO THAT I CAN SELL THE VEGETABLES I GROW, SELL THE HONEY MY BEES MAKE, BUILD HOMES FOR ANIMALS, HIRE WORKERS, SELL ANIMALS THAT COME ONTO MY PROPERTY AND THAT IS ABOUT IT. I HAVE EARNED $30K, BUT THE GAME DOESN'T SEEM TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU ARE A FARMER TRYING TO SURVIVE ON THE PIECE OF LAND GIVEN TO YOU. THERE SEEMS TO BE NOTHING ELSE MORE TO THE GAME. THE GAME REALLY HAS NO ENDING, RATHER ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES OF HOW YOU CAN REDESIGN YOUR LAND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. GETS OLD AFTER A WHILE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS SO MUCH HYPE WRITTEN BY OTHERS WITH RAVE REVIEWS. I BOUGHT IT FOR MY 6 YEAR OLD, BUT SHE CAN'T PLAY IT ALONE BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF READING THAT IS TOO HARD FOR HER.

I got this game because my friend said it was fun. I got it thinking it was a boring little kid game. In this game you are a gardener trying to get pinatas into your garden, plant plants, and romance pinatas. Probaly the best game i've ever played.

Maybe others might find this game fun, but I just don't like it. I don't even get how the game works or what the point is. The controls are hard too. This is a game that i think requires trying out than reviews.
