I opened the box and looked for the instructions and the package of screws, bolts, allen wrench, etc. that I expected to come with this. What I discovered as that the bag containing those items was ripped, and all of the hardware was floating around the box. I took inventory and found that more than half the pieces were missing. I asked them to replace the hardware, and they said they do not do that, that I would have to return the item and get a replacement. Unfortunately, there is no replacement in stock.

BEWARE. If you are interested in purchasing this item after August 10, 2009, then you will be getting the EXACT Box O'Problems that I just returned.

Just wanted to let you know.
